Is genuine APC battery, not 3rd party one. After several power outage events over the past few years (and a few this fall), the old one had seen it's better days & the replace battery alarm was coming from UPS. The APC RBC should be as good as the one I'm replacing. APC has free recycling program & will pay for UPS shipping to their recycling partner. 5 |

I have had this unit running for about 2 weeks since purchase and I have already had a power outage at my location and everything was working perfectly. Running a solid threadripper for work as well as monitors etc. and it let me shut everything down without issues or stressing out. I hope that it will continue to deliver. (side note, I have not used SmartConnect yet, but will set that up in the future) 5 |

I bought a year ago, frankly speaking i bought sandisc before that, it stopped working at some point with in a year, but samsung we believe at the core till now same speed memory transaction and no complaints, awesome product. 5 |

My flash stopped working properly. After several emails with Godox tech support, it was concluded that the problem was most likely the hot shoe. Installing the new hot shoe was a simple process and it solved the problem. 5 |

After using this light for a few months, it stopped working properly. I contacted Vidpro's custommer service in NYC. They replied very quickly, aked me to send the faulty light and within a week I received a replacement for it. 5 |
