Eureka, Android smartphone (through Samsung S5 at least) finally now accept iRig Mic Lav as an external microphone to record sound DURING video shooting. It is a great news. Love the opportunity to record 2 source of microphone at the same time.

This watch has some many useful function including calling for help if you fall, heart rate monitor and other health app. I feel like Dick Tracy when I speak into my watch using the intercom or answering a phone call.

I use Panasonic S5 series cameras with the XLR adapter and a field monitor right next to it so standard straight xlr plugs get in the way of rotating my monitor or video light. These adapters solve that problem and work great! Highly recommend......
