When my Samsung Series 7 laptop started making loud noises, I knew I had a problem. If you've ever had a HHD fail, you know the sound I'm talking about. I ran to Bestbuy to pickup a SSD to replace my HHD and they didn't have the cable I needed. Dead in the water... I searched online for a USB 3.0 to 2.5 SATA III drive adapter cable and found some crazy expensive options. With a little more digging I found H&B Photo. They had the cable in stock at a great price and shipped it overnight to me. Within 24 hours the SSD was installed and I was up and running. NOW my machine is CRAZY fast and whisper quiet. My laptop had a 2TB Samsung EVO 970 plus system drive and I bought this WD black to put in a USB enclosure. But before I did, I ran Crystal Disk Mark on the Samsung, cloned the system to this drive and ran it again on this drive. My laptop is only PCI 3 so I wasn't expecting the stated performance, and no surprise it didn't make those numbers. But it did perform a little better than the Samsung and ran a bit cooler also. So I kept this WD black as the system drive and wiped the Samsung and put that one in the USB enclosure. Now it's a few weeks later and so far so good. 5 |

I use the ADAM A8X speakers with my Korg Chronos X keyboard and am amazed at its performance so I knew the A7X would be perfect for a center channel speaker in my surround sound system. This is perfect for vocal clarity and I am not disappointed. Yup I give it a full thumbs-up! 5 |

Everyone already knows about the Samsung 850 PRO Series SSD's... the review is for B&H and anyone deciding to do business with them. I ordered this after my drive started to make weird noises on my MBP and it was at my door the next day... Awesome delivery time outstanding support from other things i purchased, and the guys here take the time to do everything they can to get you the right gear no matter what. Just an AWESOME company. I would recommend to anyone and they destroy everyone else when it comes to prices. Stay away from @ this is the way to shop. 5 |
