I had been using a USB audio interface to feed my M-Audio monitor speakers from my Mac. I rarely used the jnput functionality (XLR inputs for mics, etc.). It then stopped working - would not stay connected. After trying everything I could think of (cables, usb ports on my computer, ...) I figured I needed a new device and looked for an output only device. I found this one. It's rock solid and delivers great sound. It does this one thing and does it well. Plus, I like that it draws power from the USB cable, so no extra power cable is required. I've not tried it with headphones, but for some, it may be a problem that there's no separate volume control for the headphone output.

Our old soundbar often made it hard to hear dialogue without turning up the volume, which was problematic with an 8-month-old in the next room. This Samsung soundbar solves that issue with its voice dialogue enhancement feature, which clarifies dialogue without needing to increase the volume. The 5-channel setup delivers excellent audio quality, especially given the compact size of the soundbar. One of the standout features is its smart functionality, particularly the Alexa compatibility. We used to rely on a small Echo Dot for connectivity, but the built-in Alexa on the soundbar has replaced it, providing a significant upgrade in audio quality. Additionally, the Samsung app allows me to switch between audio settings seamlessly from my phone with no lag. Overall, we are very satisfied with this soundbar and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, smart soundbar.

Purchased for church live stream work in March (sending it switcher output with audio embedded from the switcher to combine at this device). It does get hot, and so to help keep hours down on the unit, I wait to connect it to the laptop until about 30 minutes before we go live each week. (For safest results to ensure the capture device is well-recognized by the computer, I shutdown the laptop if it was already on, then attach the capture device, and boot up again). How I use it: Church live streaming ... three cameras and a PC go into a Roland V1 HD video switcher (audio goes through a mixer and then is input to the closest camera -- which carries the mixed audio to the switcher via the camera's HDMI) ... switcher output is split to feed the live stream and in-room monitors...one split output goes to a field monitor with built-in waveform/vectorscope ... then loops through the monitor (HDMI out from the monitor) to the Magewell capture device...Magewell connected to laptop...Magewell is seen by OBS software (but not with Magewell name, just hunt for 'capture device'), which then sends to YouTube. It is great because i can smart li k it with my other samsung devices such as my samsung laptop which is connected with a samsung blue tooth mouse and keyboard. With the smart link services I am able to use the two bluetooth hardwares (mouse and key board) to function both screens at the same time and on the same and/or different desk tops.

I use it at home, for my after office hours work (medical charting, web surfing, email management, listening music, virtual meeting, etc.) I am able to have four 21" monitor inside this 43" monitor. i love my samsung curve ive had it since 2020 and i learned new things everyday i love how it sync with my samsung smart tv and the view and curve style . its not a smart monitor but i turned it into a smart wireless and i use dual monitors so the samsung curve allows me to utilize the screen space and i plugged my mic to the aux on monitor
