My husband is a Samsung loyal customer and he wanted to add a some speakers to our living room tv. I actually didn’t think we needed these speakers but boy was I mistaken! The sounds that weren’t coming thru with just the tv is really shocking!! We were missing so much and I had no idea! I also like that it doesn’t take up much room for the amount of sound you get from just two speakers! These two Samsung speakers automatically optimize and calibrate to fit your space for the most accurate and clear sound. Scenes are analyzed in real time to pull out the most important audio based on the type of content. I paired the Samsung M80C with an Apple Mac Mini and I couldn't be more pleased with the combo. I've never had a monitor with this resolution and it's made a world of difference in my work....and the game I play is gorgeous in 4K. Based on other reviews, I wasn't expecting much from the speakers, but they are a nice surprise. I've been able to free up desk space and retire my separate speakers. If there is one, very small, detraction from perfection, it's the camera's inability to be adjusted up or down without adjusting the whole screen. Oh, I also really like the remote control. I never did like pushing buttons on the back or bottom edge of a monitor and I like using the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of the sound bar. It provides good sound quality without taking too much space or needing an extensive set up. I put the sound bar in a room dedicated to be a bike gym, and while the room is noisy because the bike trainers and the fan are already very loud, the sound bar was a great addition because it could still cut through all of that. The set up was super easy. Just two cables and the calibration also didn’t take long at all. One thing I didn’t get is the “heart” button in the remote. I don’t know what that does. Another thing that could be better would be a more centralized app for all my JBL products. I had to download a new app for the sound bar and already have a different one for headphones.

This sound bar works great! Setup was slightly confusing with the app, but support helped me out and it’s working now. Very good sound quality, good bass, the eARC works as expected. I would recommend this to someone looking for a good mid-grade sound bar system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty impressed with the sound right off the bat since the Bar 300 is smaller than other sound bars I've owned before. Bass is pretty solid for not having a subwoofer and dialogue audio was clear when watching movies. Setup / calibration is super straightforward, even without downloading the app. Speaking of which, this is my third JBL app (headphones, portable speakers, and now sound bar). It would be really nice if JBL just consolidated all of these into a single one-stop app for all devices. Other than good sound quality and volume, it's cool that brackets for wall mounting are included, haven't experienced that before. Packaging was also mostly plastic free, which I appreciated. Really happy overall with the sound bar.
