I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought the slimness of this soundbar may not produce good enough sound, however I was pleasantly surprised when I fired up one of the Marvel movies and the sound was pretty good! The subwoofer also did not disappoint, the deep bass was just enough for our living room. I liked the handy remote, and the soundbar sits unobtrusively with our TV and pumps awesome theatrical Dolby Atmos. I would definitely recommend this Soundbar to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system, as it is easily installed and ready to wow you.

Used as soundbar for our Samsung TV.

Used this with Samsung UN40MU6290 (40 in TV). I needed to raise the TV further off of the dresser so that a Sonos Beam soundbar could fit beneath the TV without blocking the IR receiver on the TV. The stand that came with the TV was too low. The SANUS VSTV1 stand is well built and comes with all of the necessary screws and attachments. Putting it together was not difficult. I was able to adjust it so that the TV was at a perfect height to work with the Sonos Beam soundbar. A lip on the lower portion of the TV (and small TV size) limited positioning of the vertical brackets that are attached to the TV. For the height that I needed, this meant that the brackets stuck out approx 1 cm above the top of the TV. I ended up using a saw to cut off the ends of the bracket so that they did not stick out.

I was able to mount Samsung soundbar easily. It meets my need.

As a result, it not only looks great just about anywhere, but sounds much much bigger. After adding this device to my SmartThings app, the Soundbar seamlessly/wirelessly connected to my Samsung OLED TV. The sound quality is amazing, with almost any feature you can think of (i.e. Dolby atmos, voice amplifier and enhancement, adaptive sound, etc.). The bass that the subwoofer provides is spectacular. It truly feels like an immersive theatre experience when watching movies and shows. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality soundbar addition to their home.

Very surprised with the sound, this is just what I needed for my Samsung TV. 4 different choices of sound, love that the subwoofer is wireless that gives me multiple options of where to set it up on my living room. Set up was easy connect the cables, power it up and let it go. The sound quality was great for the small space I had it set up in. It fills the entire room with sound, and you can feel the bass from the subwoofer. I would definitely recommend this for small spaces, as it is what I have. I was already in love with my setup, but when I realized the soundbar could be paired with rear speakers, I quickly purchased the Samsung SWA-9500s. I was blown away by the overall experience, so much so that I rewatched all my movies just to experience the sheer excellence of my complete sound system. The Samsung Q800D soundbar paired with the SWA-9500s rear speakers has elevated my home theater experience to a whole new level. The combination of Dolby Atmos, Q-Symphony, and powerful sound has turned my living room into a cinematic masterpiece.
