Samsung Soundbar Arc Sound Crackling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Soundbar (HW-S700D) really impressed me. I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought the slimness of this soundbar may not produce good enough sound, however I was pleasantly surprised when I fired up one of the Marvel movies and the sound was pretty good! The subwoofer also did not disappoint, the deep bass was just enough for our living room. I liked the handy remote, and the soundbar sits unobtrusively with our TV and pumps awesome theatrical Dolby Atmos. I would definitely recommend this Soundbar to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system, as it is easily installed and ready to wow you.

Paired with arc Soundbar and sub speaker, lovely sound fills whole room

We are enjoying the excellent sound and experience coming through our new ARC soundbar. Very satisfied with it.

As an engineer I has hoping for a lot, but the 5.1 channel sound of this complete Arc soundbar based home theater system is far beyond my expectations. Since we have Android phones I did have to enlist my son-in-law with his iPhone to do a more thorough system calibration needed to provide the full scope of sound on modern movies and TV, but once fully calibrated to the room in which it's located the sound is just superb.

Age 57 with deteriorating hearing and struggled to hear sound from TV. Arc soundbar has transformed the whole experience - no longer need to use hearing aids when watching TV. Incredible sound quality and richness/depth. Best money spent on tech recently.

All Sonos products have exceeded my expectations in sound quality and durability, but the new soundbar Arc is even better. The design is very smooth and looks better than the old soundbar with the cloth. With the extra speakers, the sound is even deeper and in smaller rooms you get the cinema experience without extra speakers. We have a very large living room (125m2 or 1300ft2), but the Arc still fills the room with music with ease.

Arc is for me the best soundbar currently produced by Sonos and even on the market. I was already the owner of a Beam but we can feel that Arc is next to a premium soundbar. First, its design is really beautiful. The finishes are beautiful, the materials are much more noble and robust than on the Beam or the Playbar before it which were in canvas where Arc is hard over its entire surface. In addition, its large size gives a very good visual rendering because it is more suited to the sizes of current TVs. At home, Arc is the same size as the frame of my 55 "TV. In a second step, from a sound point of view, Arc takes us into another dimension alongside the other sound bars. I had the opportunity to listen to the sound of a Playbar which was already good but too drawn on the treble. Arc offers premium sound including clear treble but also bass present. For my part, I use it with 2 Play1 in surround and a Sub and when I watch a movie, I feel like I'm at the cinema as the sound spatialization is good. The comparison also works with music that would make us believe in a small concert hall. In short, as a film buff and music lover, Arc is a great product that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to acquire a soundbar.

We have an ARC soundbar, together they play great sound. We have a larger living room. The sound of the soundbar has become more pronounced, the bass resonates beautifully in the room.
