[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Soundbar (HW-S700D) really impressed me. I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought the slimness of this soundbar may not produce good enough sound, however I was pleasantly surprised when I fired up one of the Marvel movies and the sound was pretty good! The subwoofer also did not disappoint, the deep bass was just enough for our living room. I liked the handy remote, and the soundbar sits unobtrusively with our TV and pumps awesome theatrical Dolby Atmos. I would definitely recommend this Soundbar to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system, as it is easily installed and ready to wow you.

i honestly don't understand the previous poor reviews for this product. these are designed to be used with 2021 qled tv's and 2021 q soundbars. no point to buy them otherwise. when you use them with compatible products, they are terrific. i am using them with a 2021 samsung 80a-qled and a 2021 samsung q700a soundbar. ---- pros: they pair easily and flawlessly. it took me less then 5 minutes and only 2 steps to pair them to the soundbar. i love that they are truly wireless, with no wires having to go between the speakers. they sit on my endtable and are neat (not messy) with no wires hanging all around. a seperate power cords comes for each speaker. the sound is adequate. i mainly watch streaming moviesi have not used them for gaming on my ps4 as of yet.

No problem setting up and using the soundbar or the included remote or connecting to the app and to my cellphone via Bluetooth. The Best sounding soundbar I've ever heard, with True Dolby Atmos and Truespace technology leading the way. Music, movies and gaming sound are fabulous. A really modern looking unit too. A definite recommendation from me.

Used as soundbar for our Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been wanting to get a soundbar for a long time now, so we were really excited to finally get the Samsung HW-Q800 with the Dolby Atmos. It was super easy and quick to setup and the sound difference and quality is immediately noticeable. We love the bluetooth feature to connect to the TV so we don't have to use the cord that plugs directly into the TV. However, I will say it doesn't always stay connected, so you have to choose the setting to get back to the bluetooth connection. The base sound is really great, without being too overwhelming. I notice the volume number is way lower than what we used to have it on because the sounds is so much louder. We plan to add a few additional smaller speakers that we can put outside that connects, too!

I bought this soundbar to replace another one that I was using and it was worth doing. It connected via Bluetooth with ease and the sound is much better. I would recommend this product.

I received my SRS-NS7 from B&H about a week ago and was totally hooked on it within an hour of starting to use it. However I want to offer some strong advice to those who plan to use one of these while watching TV alongside other viewers. My wife and I normally sit about 12 ft from our TV monitor and typically sit close enough that we rub shoulders. We have a Sonos soundbar under the monitor, with surround sound speakers at each end of our loveseat. I wear hearing aids but Patty does not. The optical output of the TV goes to a splitter with one output going to the soundbar and the other going to the Bluetooth transmitter for the SRS-NS7. With the arrangement described above, we both heard sound from the soundbar and the NS7, and there was enough latency difference to irritate us both. I have a technical background and had anticipated such a latency effect, but had no knowledge of the actual delays with either device. I spoke with an audio expert at B&H, asking for advice about a variable delay device that has optical input(s) and output(s). He could not recommend such a device that is currently available from B&H but did suggest a Felston DD740 that B&H used to carry. I looked up the characteristics of the DD740 and agreed that it seemed to be exactly what I needed. I purchased one from LipFix.com, after talking with their Nick Johnson. It arrived yesterday. After connecting my new DD740 in series with the optical input to the Bluetooth transmitter of the SRS-NS7 and experimenting with the delay, I found that a delay of 55mS yields NO perceptible latency effects that interfere with either what Patty and I hear while watching TV. The bottom line: We both enjoy hearing REALLY EXCELLENT sound, including very clear dialogue, while watching TV together AND I get the benefit of superb sound while editing videos etc. with the SRS-NS7 connected to the Bluetooth of my computer systems. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a major upgrade to our home theater system; it is just like being at the movies. We like the fact that it was easy to set up and use, right away we noticed a big difference and we are so happy with the quality of sound. With 340W and 3.1 channel sound you can hear clearly, and it makes movies better at home. The bass from the subwoofer is fantastic I have never had such a great soundbar in my life, what a transformation. There were a couple of different cords in the box and apparently you can have wired with an HDMI cable or wireless connected to Bluetooth, we went with the Bluetooth because it was easier to connect to and use. With so many options to choose from we had a fun time listening to our TV, my daughter said, "What a difference, I feel like im at the Cinema." Then we made popcorn and watched movies all night, this is the best entertainment soundbar I have ever used. It sounds great because it has the Dolby sound quality that you hear in the real theater. That is what makes this soundbar the best because it is created to boost you own TVs sound and make it better, I cannot live without this soundbar it is the best. Dolby sounds great in the theater and now I have it in my home, we can watch movies during the week and feel like we entered a theater at home.

A great TV Speaker (Soundbar) `for the price. Theater quality sound from the speaker alone. It also has bluetooth capability, so it can be used to stream music with that great BOSE quality sound. Definitely recommended!
