Samsung Soundbar Time Warner Cable

This was exactly what I needed and affordable as all get out! $ bucks and I'm now pulling the most potential out of my Samsung HDTV running Time Warner Cable. Thanks B&H!

Good IR repeater. We have installed several. Works with Time Warner and Verizon cable boxes as well as Samsung TVs. Easy to install and a good value.

Using with Time Warner Cable Internet which is capable of up to 300 MB/s. Not much to set up. Just make sure your internet provider knows about it. Be aware it is a pure modem and does not contain an internal router or wireless access point. If you are planning on using it for a local network you will need a separate router.

I purchased this cable to use to hook up my Samsung TV and soundbar. Quality was excellent, the cable well made. I had the cable within 3 days. Another outstanding product from B&H.

I bought this tv in December with the B&H Payboo credit card, so I paid no sales tax. During that week B&H had a 10% off Sony special so I paid just under $4500 total with free shipping. Wow! The price was too hard to refuse. You have to love the specials only B&H periodically has. I had the tv in my living room in 5 days. I don't own an LG G3 or Samsung S95C to compare to, but I can attest that the picture on the A95L is amazing. I don't have cable so I just stream. I use the google Chromecast which is included in the tv. I run an HDMI eARC cable from the tv to my Samsung soundbar. What I love is the one Sony remote controls the soundbar through the eARC cable. I push power and it turns on the tv and soundbar and controls the sound. Everything is so simple. No more cable boxes for me with the separate remote. If I want cable again I'll stream Hulu or YouTube tv. Back to the picture - it's awesome what this tv does with 4k programs. Put on the Crown, or other movies or programs filmed in 4k and you feel like you are in the room it's so realistic. My suggestion is to watch in vivid picture mode, as there is a huge increase in brightness, and I believe definition. It's hard to watch anything in 1080p because there is no comparison. I did test the tv's sound, and my Samsung soundbar with sub is much better. That said, in my opinion the tv is better than advertised. I can't even describe how amazing it is to watch 4k content. It's unbelievably good. I love it!

I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought the slimness of this soundbar may not produce good enough sound, however I was pleasantly surprised when I fired up one of the Marvel movies and the sound was pretty good! The subwoofer also did not disappoint, the deep bass was just enough for our living room. I liked the handy remote, and the soundbar sits unobtrusively with our TV and pumps awesome theatrical Dolby Atmos.
