I had some serious issues getting this working and turns out it’s best if you turn off your cellular service on your phone while doing the setup. Worked like a charm for me on multiple devices. A new update also improved integration with Apple HomeKit. Very happy with it now. 5 |

I had an issue with one of my cameras that would not activate to the cellular service. I contacted a customer service rep at Spypoint and had a fantastic experience. She worked with me and we troubleshot the issues and it was decided the camera was faulty so she checked on the warranty and it was covered. I received my new camera within 48 hours. The Customer Service Reps name was Jamaica! Absolutely fantastic experience with Jamaica and Spypoint! 5 |

Have had this camera for about 2 years and am very pleased with the quality and service - it’s in a hilly location with spotty cellular coverage, but performs wonderfully, especially considering the cost and reliability of customer / technical support!
