We are a Regional Television Network. In our changing news environment we were looking for a simple way to get news and information to air. We were Face Timing news reports the video was fine but the audio was awful. We called B&H told them what we needed they suggested the Go Mic . The mic works great in our report Kiosks it picks up well . We edit on Final Cut Pro X .We add a touch of Bass and its perfect. It has two settings very directional and a setting for group recording. For the money you will not beat this Microphone. The computer found it with out a hitch . It is small enough and stays out of your way. Experiment with it some ,you will be very happy. Great camera! I haven't had a whole lot of time working with it yet, but the 4 or 5 hundred shots I took during Christmas are fabulous. My Uncle and his family are also Canon DSLR users but there's no comparison when it comes to the size of this camera compared to their older models! The body size and weight is perfect for me. I'm looking forward to learning more about this SL1! As for the B&H experience, it was just as expected- the package arrived on time and all ordered pieces were in the box! I must admit- after ordering it, I was concerned that the camera ordered might be a gray market model; without a USA warranty. Such was not the case! The camera came with a complete USA warranty.

This is my first gimbal head, so I figured to start out with the best. It’s made in the USA and from I have read, backed by a great warranty. Doubt I will need it, this thing is built solid! Great for tracking birds in flight. I will look to take it on my future Safari as well.

There was confusion at first due to no USA warranty card in the box. However after contact with B&H and Canon, we were able to verify it is a USA product and the warranty is printed in the Australian Warrant enclosure.

I bought a g20 flashlight and it’s great for the price. I recently had to warranty it and it was no hassle to get a new one. Just sent a little information and took a picture of my light and they sent me a new one

I received my protection information. This protects the item for longer than the manufacture warranty. It is a good investment.

This is an outstanding value considering price, performance, and a robust design. I work in Information Technology and use flash drives every day. The Samsung is my favorite.
