In spite of the month of delivery delay, I am very satisfied. After the regular Samsung TN-monitor, this Color Edge CG279X is simply exceptional upgrade. All is very good - the design, the frame, embedded calibrator and of course the screen. Also Color Navigator program is very useful and it displays all needed information. The communication with my Nvidia GTX 950 graphics card is flawless and it supplies 10-bit support through Display Port.

This is a very good high hz fps monitor. Not the best since it's a ips panel rather than a TN panel but trade off is slower pixel response times but much better colors and view angles. Elmb aka black bar insertion works perfect and helps with blur and eye strain. Make sure you have a graphics card that can maintain 280 fps min and a good quality display port wire.

Yes, it does hinder how the screen looks but it still looks better than IPS! The peak brightness is a bit low, so it doesn’t shine in very bright rooms, however, it DOES shine in little (Ring Lights or LED Lighting if you’re streaming is perfect!) to No light rooms (When you’re just hanging out in the dark). It’s fantastic. The colors are beautiful. The input lag is nearly non-existent. The response time is phenomenal. And it’s 240hz!! I am a gamer, I’m on an esport team, and I play a variety of games competitively. This monitor is FASTER than my 360hz TN monitor. Not in Refresh Rate, but PURE response time. It feels smoother and crisper than any TN I’ve used! The anti glare matte screen does suck, but it does one thing good, blocks ALL reflections. All of them. If a tad bit dull screen doesn’t bother you, this monitor has 1000 PROS and only 1 Con! BUY THIS MONITOR!

I’m coming from a 240hz monitor, it’s a real game changer it feels like cheating whenever I play games like, valorant, cs2, and overwatch. And even games like OSU! Only complaint is, it’s a TN panel but it’s not as bad as most TN panels are it’s pretty good.

Great monitor with excellent color. It’s very easy on the eyes if you find TN panels fatiguing. Only con is no USB pass through but that’s pretty minor.

I used a twin monitor setup and this monitor was perfect for me. It's not the highest end monitor but it's certainly reliable. TN panels have poor viewing angles but if you face them directly (as I do) they're fine. 100% recommend at this price point

Coming from a 240hz tn, the first thing in my head was 280hz small improvement. But pair that with IPS now you got something! And for only $330 is a no brainer. Don’t try to save $100 but getting a $200 monitor that 144 and tn. Just get this monitor! Banger

Replaced a TN Panel 1440p 165Hz monitor with the M27Q solely for the IPS panel and the KVM. I though the type-C connection was only for the KM (from KVM) portion, but turns out it supports 170Hz over type-C as well. This monitor is fantastic and really helped me out reduce some cable clutter.

Don’t really use the smart tvish features but if you have a small room and want a TV and gaming monitor, this would work great.
