[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lost a remote to my tv so tried the universal remote and it worked great on my tv. I don't have anything Elsa at this time to connect to the remote but if I did I would. It was easy to use and follow directions too.

I don’t have to flip through the booklet searching for my devices’ code. Being able to hook up to 8 devices is great. I was able to connect to my roku steaming box, Apple TV box and TV. There were some features it can’t replicate on the original remote, but for the basic functions, this would do.

We have added some of our own apps and favorites. Tying the tv to Alexa was an added bonus. No problem navigating the television if you do not want to use the remote, just use Alexa! The best part of purchasing this television is to use it as wall art when not watching a show. People have been over and did not even know that there was a TV on the wall in the room with them. The Samsung Frame TV was the right purchase for us!

This is my first smart tv, won’t hesitate on buying another smart tv. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

When my the software of my last Samsung Smart Tv could no longer support Netflix, I decided it was time for another. I had a little trouble figuring out how to get the cable TV part of the TV to play when I turn the unit on but now that I have figured it out, I am very happy. There are numerous apps to link to various services which is great. The picture quality can be adjusted to taste as can the sound. The remote is small and efficient but I am also able to use my cable remote to turn the unit on and adjust volume and channels. Overall, I am very pleased.

I purchased a Roku Express a few months ago and the remote used on a Samsung TV is terrible. I think there is problem with the volume buttons. I went through all trouble shooting - no luck Roku's answer is "buy a new remote" which means pay to replace your non-working item (it was like this when I got it).

I will never buy anything else ever again. I love how devices can be linked/synced together in a way. That is so helpful. Picture is awesome, sound is spectacular the added channels are a bonus. This company really care about giving customers the best experience. Software updates are great. The only thing that I was a little taken back was this remote control and there was no rewind a few minutes for the TV for a few minutes I had gotten use to on previous Tv's. As for the remote my other Samsung TV remote works to my liking and I can get another remote or an universal one. If you are reading this and never tried Samsung I, suggest you have to try some of their products! I have been giving people this advice for years now and will continue to as well. No need for any additional boxes, cables, or remotes. The includes remote is easy to use and appreciate the raised volume and channel buttons for nighttime viewing. It is perfect in size and with minimal affect to room design. Set up was easy and it comes with a wall mount kit. Easily pairs with our Q-Symphony Samsung TV so it combines the TV speakers with the sound bar speakers! It includes a remote although our Samsung TV remote works on both! If you’ve got a Samsung phone, you can walk right up to the soundbar and tap it on the top to play music directly from your phone! Be sure to turn on the option in the smart things app! The sound is clear, and what we were hoping for as we watch movies, play video games and play music in our home. Ideal for our needs for something compact that still provides quality sound—and without muffling of the dialogue!

When I was recently in the market for a new TV for my workout space, I immediately snagged this 43 inch Samsung UHD TV. The colors are vibrant. The sound quality is superb without the need of a sound bar, but Samsung does have quite a few attractive options for sound bars that I may entertain in the near future. The footprint of this TV is very minimal. I am able to push it flat against the wall without it being an eyesore. It's extremely thin and lightweight. I hung this TV on my wall by myself without the need of additional help. The remote is sleek. The build quality makes me feel comfortable that the remote will last the lifetime of the TV. It has a nice metallic feel to it, and all major streaming services are available with a single click. The TV interface is very intuitive. I was able to set the TV up within 5-10 minutes of plugging it in. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
