Samsung Washer Calibration Top Load

Reels are easy to load, the top goes on and you are on your way. Couldn't be simpler.

I now have two of these monitors on my desk and I'm liking them very much. Both monitors setup in minutes and had good pictures right out of the box. I downloaded a color profile from the Acer website and assigned it to both. It was OK. I do not have color calibration/profiling hardware and don't need to for my uses. I also reset both to factory settings, then ran Windows color calibration/text profiling programs and that also worked out well. Both monitors are very close to matching colors/brightness/etc. Window allows easy switching between profiles. The monitors are good looking, and very stable. I did need to get longer cables for one of the monitors as the provided 6 foot cables were maybe 9 too short for my setup. I had been using a Samsung 245T 16:10 that I paid A LOT more for, but have had for 12 years. I first purchased just one on these to complete a dual monitor setup and after seeing just how good these monitors are decided to get a matching one. This monitor made my old Samsung seem worn out.

Someone please tell me any other film washer better than this.

I also brought these in July, placed them on top of the front speakers(JBLs) ran the AccEQ room calibration, with some very minor adjustments after the calibration, I watched the first Paific Rim movie and WOW!! I was blown away, the sound was everywhere, it was like I was right in the middle of the action. I also watch Okja on Netflix;; that was a real Ear opener, great separation from all speakers. If you want to know if Dolby Atomos works try that movie! I enjoy these speakers and would definitely recommend to al!l

This is a top-notch monitor. It's incredibly accurate. The hardware calibration ability is not a gimmick, I use this every day- the ability to switch from screen calibration to print calibration with the click of a button is a game-changer. As others have pointed out, it is not a true 10-bit, but there are very few true 10bit displays on the market, and you won't find them for less than $800ish. This is 8bit+ FRC, which mimics 10bit. But honestly, 10bit is far less important as the color accuracy, which this thing nails.

As an amateur I've had a couple of weeks shooting and believe it to be on a par with Canon's top glass as you would expect. I ran it through a computer calibration for two cameras (7DII & 5DIII) and it never exceeded plus or minus one calibration point and in several instances remained at 0 change. So far so good.

I just doubled the memory of my Samsung phone! I can load in movies, stories, photos, etc. from my PC and read them with my phone.

I used this as the boot drive for desktop. The computer boots much faster and programs load more quickly. I have used Samsung SSD's before and found them to be excellent.
