Samsung Watch Os Update

I recently upgraded the OS on an old Windows laptop from Win 7 to Win 8.1.  After the update, I found that the SD card reader in the laptop no longer worked.  A BIOS and/or driver update was needed, which the manufacturer no longer supported. This SD to USB reader came to the rescue!   Transfer speed is excellent.  It is also fully compatible with my UHS-I SD cards and USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports. Highly recommended and five stars!

I bought this to update an earlier USB 3.0 PCIe card that I no longer would work (despite various drivers) with the latest 10.13 OS. � Easy to install, and no software drivers required with this version of the OS. �Nice to have the latest USB 3.1spec, which is backwards compatible with my existing USB 3.0 hard drives.

I have a MacBook Pro dual-booted with OS 10.9 and Windows 8.1 Update 1. This adapter works on both, without any issues. The manufacturer has the latest drivers available on their website.

Samsung has the best products hands down. I have the phone, watch, and earbuds and they all been great to me.

I love everything Samsung makes and Im basically a Samsung fan boy so I knew that this would be better than what I was expecting, and I was right to get this when I did! My PC boots up in a matter of a few seconds, transfer speeds are above expectations, running Photoshop and other heavy hardware dependent programs on it is a breeze. Everything runs so smoothly on this ssd! The programs that come with it are also very helpful! Allowing for customization of certain things and allowing me to monitor the health and sectors of the device with just 1 click! I really have nothing bad to say about this product! Samsung makes the best of the best and I wouldn't settle for anything else or anything less than Samsung quality! Thank you for an amazing product! Now back to fast loading times in games and photoshop :]

I've installed at least 8 of these in different units and have been happy with Samsung units. For operating systems I clone the OS drive using an external enclosure then install in the PC or laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the new Samsung T9 Portable 1TB SSD drive. The drive is unexpectedly small and quite attractive with a rubber-like covering. I’m very pleased that the drive comes with both USB-A and USB-C cords for attaching to most any type of device. The drive is connected via USB-C to my Mac Studio computer. The Mac OS instantly recognized the drive and allowed me to format it for my Mac (Mac OS Extended Journaled). I tested the speed with a disk speed test utility, which reported 829.8 MB/s (write) and 890.8 MB/s (read). The speed is approximately 11X faster than my other USB external drives. I am struggling with the included Samsung PSSD utility. The app always tells me that the drive is not connected although my Mac sees it and allows me to use it. I’ve tried all of the Samsung troubleshooting suggestions for Mac OS, but it still remains unusable. That really makes no difference for me to use it. Nevertheless, I like everything about the Samsung T9 Portable 1TB SSD drive. It’s a great addition to my system.

Bought this interface cable to close Windows OS hard drive to Samsung EVO 850 256GB SSD. Fit was good and Youtube directions for my particular PC were spot on.

Nice, fast storage option for an OS drive. The stability and longevity that I have come to expect from Samsung. Very happy with purchase.
