Scale Card For Photography

I have had the opportunity to use this lens several times for nature photography on a pretty grand scale. Broad wetlands, bodies of water, etc. Excellent sharpness... and the ability to work at f/2.8 is nice when you need it. I have not had any real chances to use it for indoor work yet. It's an impressive bit of engineering. My non-photographer friends always commented on the size and design when I've use it in their presence. Keep in mind that it has a substantial convex front surface to the lens. The BIG lens hood is built-in, but you still need to be careful.

Purchased for nodal adjustment in panoramic photography. The scale is clearly marked and easily readable. Smooth operation of the thumbscrew.

This tripod is absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for to use for small scale video production and photography. It is light, compact, and sturdy, and feels very high quality. Came with a bag, not sure if that was mentioned. The head is very smooth as well. Great Purchase!

I do a lot of product photography of highly detailed scale model trains, and these lights are fantastic at highlighting all of the bits and pieces and eliminating shadows. The adjustability works great and the bases are heavy and stable.

Because of the diverse demands of photography, and as with any larger scale equipment, there is a learning curve. Assembly was relatively simple. Having the right sized key wrench is very helpful, I had to wing it, but it came together well. Well constructed, and with good load ratings, I see this stand as a solid, long term, workhorse piece of equipment, and a worthwhile investment.

the small size makes this a perfect fill light on a small scale production or food photography. and I think it is strong enough as a key light as well if shoot indoor. love the adjustable brightness and temperature as well.
