strong,i like the locking nut on the legs.

Very pleased initially... looks like these booms will hold up longer than ones I'm replacing. Have had too many booms with locking mechanisms where the locking nut breaks loose and the boom is useless. These JamStands have an encased design for the nut/locking mechanism.

The product works perfectly as described, just be aware that the locking nut is 3/8 and therefor not compatible with the Sachtler and Miller Heads I own. I was able to source a metric M10 nut locally that works great.

These work well and are a great addition to a mic stand that might be missing the locking nut. The large size is helpful to get some torque on the mic stand and mic adapter.

This clamp fastens tightly to the mic stand and doesn't move. The attachment locking nut keeps whatever is attached to the clamp firmly secure. Superior design over the one I replaced it with. Well worth the money.

Solid build, very stable. Rated 220 lbs capacity which is more than enough for a hefty mount, and gear.The only caveat l have is when losing the lower locking screw on the removable leg when braking down and storing. Must be aware particularly in the dark not to over loosen them? The nut that's embedded in the upper part of the leg will drop out. If your are holding the locking blot in your hand, well that means the nut fell out. It collapses to a manageable size, and love the way the legs fit within the tube. I certainly recommend this item.

It's all solid metal, something not too common with GoPro accessories which are typically plastic. This is a premium accessory at a reasonable price. It's compatible across BOTH the F22 and F38 systems, which I wish more Falcam gear was designed like this. One nice touch is there's no loose nut for the locking screw -- the end of the ears is threaded themselves. Nothing worse than taking off a gopro accessory in the field and dropping the very locking nut you 100% absolutely need. You won't have that problem here. A feature not often mentioned -- there's a 1/4x20 threaded insert on the bottom of it. So if you need to slap it onto a traditional tripod head that doesn't have a F22 or F38 adapter, you have that option.

The simplicity of this stand makes it my favorite.. with a guitar on it, it's solid, but still easy to move with one hand, by grabbing the neck where it meets the stand (thumb around neck, fingers around stand). You can arrange 2 or more close together too, if you need quick access to multiple guitars. Guitars sit solidly on it. Minimal size when traveling, easy to set up, no parts to fall off or swing about in an unwieldy manner. I have 5 of them.

I got fed up with cheap wobbly stands so bought this instead. Love it. It's very stable, and guitar is not going to fall over even if a toddler or a dog hits it. The auto locking mechanism is cool, adding to the safety aspect. Jackson Soloist guitar's tuner pushes down on the foam of the locking mechanism a bit and creates an indent on the foam. Not sure what the long term implication of that will be, but so far so good.

Love this thing. It is easy to mount, holds my Stratocaster perfectly, and is simpistically beautiful.
