I received the toner cartridge very quickly .... The toner cartridge was packaged well to keep it from getting damaged. B&H's pricing is much better than Office Max's. I will definitely order my other toner cartridges from B&H too!

The WorkForce ES-500W II has simplified my home office scanning. The Intuitive Epson ScanSmart Software allows me to preview, email and upload my documents to my cloud account effortlessly. I am not an organizer and this feature along with ability to create searchable PDFs saves me a lot of frustration. The best feature is the Duplex Scan feature. It saves me time by scanning both sides of the documents in one scan. No more re-scanning the same pages. This scanner also has a 50 sheet auto document feeder which frees me from having to sort & load as with my old scanner. I love how quickly this scanner works. Time is money. The size of the scanner is perfect for a home office or small business office. It occupies very little space and has a modern design. For the simplicity of software, the scanner features and the design, I rate it an A+. I set the Epson DS-730N up in my office and from the setup to the scanning process I was thoroughly pleased. The guide manual it comes with is so detailed and easy to understand, which for someone who isn't too tech savvy detailed guides are a must. Even after all the years I've been scanning documents. It takes time to set up, but as do most scanners. I connected with my wifi, simple as could be. I think the thing that stood out most to me about this scanner is being able to do multiple documents at the same time OF DIFFERENT SIZES. All at the same time! You just order the documents from smallest to largest and voila. I also like that once scanned the documents go into a folder that I can immediately share with the rest of the office. All scans are crystal clear so far with no issues. I have zero complaints. We bought a bunch of these scanners for each of our desks at the office and use them daily. They are very simple to use from scanning into a file to integrating with our client portal. It is very compact so doesn't take up too much room. You can put a stack of papers of various sizes in it very easily and it will scan both sides of the paper. The only issue that we have is that it doesn't like if you have something taped to a page. We often have post its taped to what we are scanning and no matter how good you tape it, it causes an error and you wind up having to make a copy of that page in order to get it to scan. Other than that, we love them.
