Screen Blackout On Hp Pavilion Laptop 13

I bought this laptop to replace my 7 year old HP Pavilion laptop. I was happy with the quality of the computer, as well as the Intel processor. It is a beautiful computer at a reasonable price.

I got this for an old hp pavilion 3000 series laptop and it works perfectly to expand the amount of ports you need, the transfer speeds aren't bad either, even with a more modern usb drive.

Replaced the original mechanical 1TB hard drive in our HP Pavilion laptop using the Samsung Migration software. Made an image copy of the old drive, removed the old drive and rebooted into all the content that was there before! Superfast boot, applications open in an instant. The old computer had a slot for the optane cache memory and this fit in the M2 slot with no problems. Like a new laptop for $100 bucks!

Very please with the quality and out-of-the-box friendliness and ease of use. Pair with my 13 inch HP laptop when I want a bigger and better monitor...Love that I don't have to charge it, just connect with USB-C and go.

I'm going to be using this with 13 Chromebooks, but I tested with a 15 laptop (15.6 screen technically) and discovered you can remove another layer from the bottom of the slots to allow for even larger machines. I like the slot size and the extra large slot for chargers/etc is quite spacious.

Connects through�Type-C, a�single cable used for both energy and display. It's bright, have its own foldable stand and blue light filter. If your laptop has no Type-c port (like my MacBook early 2015 ) there is a USB-A converter in the box so you can use that with an additional driver. Its 1080p, although�it's a shame that I can't use it for a gaming console but I'm okay with it, and I wouldn't say no to touch screen... Pros: 1920x1080 Low power consumption Sooo light and sleek design Super crisp screen, wide-angle screen. Cons: Only 2 buttons for display settings is a bit annoying. Placing vertically a bit challenging, you may use a pen.

I replaced my HP Pavilion running Windows 10 from 10 years. I did not realize how sluggish the old system had become over time -- booting up from power off took about 5 minutes. I am very happy with the start up time and performance with the new HP Envy running Windows 11 -- it actually boots up now in about 20 seconds.
