I have a six year old Dell XPS 8700 desktop that I use mostly to edit photos in Photoshop, Capture One, and Topaz Denoise. Also use it to vied CAD files in Rhino. The system came with four 4 GB modules, 16 GB total. I easily removed the original four and installed four Crucial 8 GB cards. I immediately noticed a marked improvement in the PC's performance. Faster, more responsive using all applications. Easy upgrade and worthwhile, IMO. 5 |

This SSD is fast and easy to install to either a laptop or a compatible desktop motherboard. I have it installed in my Dell Precision 7550 laptop, to replace the older 1TB SSD that was there.
