I’ve been using IK Multimedia audio software for years on a Windows PC platform. This was my first hardware purchase in order to use my iPad as a portable recording studio. You can use the iRig HD 2 to get extremely low latency when using and recording with your iOS apps (and also Windows PC platform) but my primary reason for this purchase is to have a robust yet compact portable audio interface for recording my guitar. IK Multimedia is well known for being makers of high quality audio software and hardware and this inexpensive interface is no different. It’s made of robust plastic and will allow you to connect to a several connecting ports like iOS lightning interface, USB, USB-C and also comes with the necessary cables for each! I plug my guitar into the iRig and run a cable from the amp output direct to my amp. I then plug a lightning cable from the iRig to my iPad. I use an app from Jam Origin called MIDI Guitar 2 which allows me to use my guitar as a real-time MIDI controller to then play my virtual synths. I then run the headphone output of my iPad to the monitors for the accompanying sounds. This is a great inexpensive interface that you will get a lot of mileage from. 5 |

I am happy with my new extender screen for working on multiple things at once. Because of Windows 10 the monitor came up without the installing. I still did the installing as the product described. The way it allows one to be flexible with the attachments is super. Would have likes it to be a bit bigger, but that is minor at this time. Very appreciative of the display and quality , Thank you 5 |

Strangest thing: On my new Windows 10 computer build, this unit would not recognize audio CDs or audio CDs with just data on them--in fact, it simply spit them out. It was fine with DVDs and Blu-Ray discs. Then the following day, and from then on, it's recognizing all discs--even 20-year old audio discs with data. Go figure! Burned a Blu-Ray data disc with no problem. Was the initial problem with Windows or the player. Will never know. 5 |

Using to digitize analog audio from lzx video synthesizer. Using with a windows 10 computer software is premiere pro. Works great! Was a little worried reading other reviews, there have been a couple instances when a reboot was necessary to recognize the hardware, but all in all, it works! 5 |

I use windows 8.1 quite often. On this mac, all drives (except the internal flash drive) are external. Windows runs great off Thunderbolt connected drives. You can have multiple window drives and select the one you want on boot by holding down the option key. 5 |

As a Windows Refugee this Mac Pro blows any windows PC out of the water! The Dual XEON 2.4 GHtz 8-Core processors, ATI Radeon HD5870 Video Card, three Western Digital 1TB HDD's, Pioneer Blu-Ray 12X Internal Burner, Apple DVD Internal Burner makes this machine handle anything I throw at it! 5 |

I have been recording for over 10 years so I have a basic grasp on the process. I bought these microphones being skeptical but at $108 ($54 each) I gave them a shot. I instantly love these mics. First, I plugged them into my Tascam DR100 (using a stereo mic bar on a stand walking around) and recorded room ambience, my voice, and different effects like running water, hits, etc. They sounded great. I am recording audio samples to place into my synthesizers/samplers to create new sounds. before I would have had to use either my Rode NT1A, Shure SM7B, or my ribbon mic. A lot of the things I record have fast attack times which can occasionally be captured better with smaller condenser microphones. I have yet to try them in my universal audio and other preamps but if they sound this good in my tascam, I believe the will sound great. P.S. - No they are not neumann mics (which are not a one size fit all either) but they are definitely in a class waaaay above their selling price! I didn't misspell way :) 5 |
