Seagate Expansion 2 Tb External Hard Disk Black

My 3 TB Seagate External Hard Drive went along with 80000 images. I was devastated . Luckily I had done GoodSync Backup and was able to get all my images back onto this 6 TB WD External Hard Drive. I bought two of these , the second one for backup. I plan to buy a third to keep off site.

This is the best external hard disk by far on the market today. Don't bother with Seagate, this is the one to get and BH PhotoVideo is the place to get it!

In particular, I have a lot of music files and Garageband files that eat up space on the SSD. This Seagate Expansion drive is great for storing all of these files. I don’t need to constantly access these files, but having this external hard drive means that I can access them when I need them and even transfer the ones I need to the SSD if I need to have them on the laptop itself, for example if I’m taking it on the go. This Seagate Expansion drive is also impressively speedy when it comes to transferring and accessing files stored on it. It doesn’t make much noise at all when it’s running, and it also looks and feels really nice so I don’t mind having it at my desk. It’s great to not have to worry about running out of space or losing my files, all thanks to this spacious and secure external hard drive.

The Seagate Expansion is an extremely spacious external hard drive that is super easy to set up. I set the expansion up as my default backup device, so now I don’t have to worry about losing my files. I’m also using it to remove and store files from my computer so that I have more space for games. I was surprised when I initially removed the drive from the box because it’s much smaller than I anticipated, which was nice. It also came with a variety of plugs that work with international outlets, so I could bring this drive with me whenever I travel abroad. Overall, I’m very pleased with this external drive.

The hard drive in my Dell 620 (Seagate ST31000524AS) was failing ... causing slow operation and repeatedly throwing reports of disk errors, bad sectors, etc. despite my attempts at repair using a variety of programs. After finally getting a successful disk image from the original drive using Macrium Reflect, I swapped the drives and loaded the disk image onto this replacement. On restart my PC booted right up from this drive and it's been running like new since.

At first I was skeptical with the dimensions that my Seagate 2TB External Hard Drive would fit into this case. I called the store and the gentleman assured me it would. So, I got it. This case provides the protection I need to carry my External Hard Drive from one location to another and with the hard-shell design, I can have confidence that my external hard drive will function when I plug it in to my laptop.

I've used other products, but have never found a more reliable and speedy hard drive than Seagate. I have a 500GB and a 1.5TB and they run just fine. This 2TB is a welcome addition.

Seagate did as advertised. It was truly plug and play, with no reformatting, hard disk erasures, or special apps. Whether one is not inclined to do extra operations ,or maybe not prepared, Seagate solves our problems. Great product.
