Seagate Slim 2Tb External Hard Disk Not Working

I bought the Seagate 2tb plus slim external hard drive and this case fit it perfectly. Also, it has a little pouch to keeps my usb wire. Its small enough so that I don’t have to carry around anything bulky with me but big enough to fit some other accessories I might need when I carry around my external hard drive. I love the color and it fits of course in my bag without taking up much room and also fits in the inside of my jacket. I really like how quickly it was delivered and packaged safely. All around a great buy. Recommend it to anyone needed to protect their hard drive.

The Seagate 2TB Backup Plus Slim external hard drive is small and convenient to carry. Also, it holds a lot of data for its small size. In the two months I've owned it, it has worked perfectly.

I purchased this hard drive to replace a 2TB Seagate Barracuda drive, which was working well but becoming filled with my photos. After copying all the files over, the new 4TB drive works well too. I installed it in my PC as a regular drive, not in some form of backup configuration as mentioned in the description. I purchased this particular unit because it has a very MTBF (mean time between failure) score. The only negative is I can hear the heads clicking as they change position, but the sound is not loud enough to bother me.

I have been working with this Seagate external hard drive for a couple of weeks now, and it has been performing well. I purchased the Ruggard case to hold at least one of two Seagate 2TB Backup Plus Slim USB 3.0 External Hard Drives I had purchased at the same time. I was happy to find the case could hold both drives. The case is sturdy and seems like it will protect the drive(s). It has a hard exterior. It has a small interior pocket that fits the cords for the drives as long as they are tightly wound. An elastic strap helps secure the drives in place. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

The Seagate 2TB One Touch USB 3.2 Gen 2 External SSD is way faster than my previous Seagate Backup Plus Portable Drive. I like the compact size and sleek look of this portable hard drive. Ordering from B&H was a breeze and the product arrived when promised and was in excellent condition.

The hard drive in my Dell 620 (Seagate ST31000524AS) was failing ... causing slow operation and repeatedly throwing reports of disk errors, bad sectors, etc. despite my attempts at repair using a variety of programs. After finally getting a successful disk image from the original drive using Macrium Reflect, I swapped the drives and loaded the disk image onto this replacement. On restart my PC booted right up from this drive and it's been running like new since.
