Second Hand Brass Instruments Brisbane

This is a work horse mic used by every sound engineer to record any type of instruments:brass, percussion, etc.

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

Second one I have purchased. Lost the first one and could not do without! Secures a smaller camera (Z50 without binding my hand. Great product and compatible with all my other Peak Design straps.

First, have a pair of tweezers or very small pliers on hand. Second, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Other than that, it's easy, and solid. NOTE: this is NOT meant to switch between lenses. If you have more than one Nikon/Nikkor lens, buy one for each. Once it's on there, you won't want to remove it. You can, just not very easily. Also, this does NOT support any AF or aperature or any other electronics. Manual only. I don't yet know the weather sealing on it, but I'm not about to test it. I think I'll keep this in the studio. I love being able to use my favorite old Nikkor nifty fifty again!

Second Pelican I own...

This ring is solid brass, very stout! I had a B&W step-up ring (constructed of aluminum) which got bent somewhere along the line. I had to hand-hold my polarizer on a trip to Switzerland, but I have no doubt that this one will last forever. Expensive, but cheaper in the long run.

As always, excellent. That brass ring just feels good in the hand. I like that they are going away from plastic cases too. Other manufacturers should do the same. Highly recommended!

Positive review all around. 1) It took 3 days to get from B&H NYC to Brisbane, Australia. Win. 2) I took the harness out of its bag and put it straight into service without adjusting anything. It was comfortable and the weight of my kit transferred to my hip. Awesome. 3) After adjusting the harness after the initial job, I discovered sound kit wearing nirvana. This harness is my favourite over the many I have worn over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a better way to wear their kit bags. Sweet deal!

Parcel arrived in less time from New York to Brisbane Australia than it took for a parcel from Sydney to Brisbane( approx. 1000kms) or for a parcel from Hong Kong to Brisbane. Keep up the good work B & H.
