Using it on my wife's Sony DSC-RX100 III camera. Adds to the stability of hand-held photos while not adding any appreciable weight. 5 |

Got this as a storage case for my Sony RX100 iii with the attached grip. Fits nicely. I added a nice leather wrist strap to the camera with does make it a bit tighter but still easily accessible. Really like the added storage pouch as well. Well built. 5 |

I bought the Sony RX100 iii to use on a two week shooting trip where the bulk of my 6d and full array of L-series lenses just would not be welcome. I have big hands which fit the 6d with battery grip just right. The quality of the files I get from the RX100 iii is astounding but I found it very difficult to hold the camera and I quickly became convinced that I was going to let the tiny camera slip out of my hands before it was over, and imagined fully catastrophic results. The choice was between the the Sony AG-R2 grip and the Richard Franiec. The price of the AG-R2 is less than half than the Franiec. The look is a little cleaner, too, but the France seems that it would be easier to grab. I chose the AG-R2 because of the price and have been very happy with it. The camera is still too small for my hands, bit now I'm not worried that Im going to drop it. I hear good things about the Franiec, but this product works very well. Save your money. The cheaper one is made for this camera. 5 |

I like this new camera for only one reason: its Bluetooth. (I ordered it right away the moment it was told that it has Bluetooth). Yes, now I can take family pictures that also include me! With my other RX100 I have to use the Vello Plus Remote control which is too inconvenient to carry around. Its AF is (may be!) a little bit faster than my RX100 VI. But most of all its picture sharpness is what I really love Sony brand name. I sold all my Canon gears (Canon 5D III) (and loose tons of money as well) and switched to Sony AR7 III since last year and have no complain at all. 5 |

I recently bought the Sony dsc RX100 VI as a light and breezy B roll and other fun stuff tool to use with my A7rIII. The "skinny" form factor of the RX100 VI along with the slick metal surface makes it a challenge when holding on to it and making manual adjustments. The shooting grip solves that by placing three important controls - shutter/video/zoom in one place that I can manage with my left hand while controlling other details on the camera with my right hand. I think it's an over priced item, but indispensable. It has also made it possible for me to quickly steady the RX100 VI so I don't miss a shot, especially in zoom mode where a steady grip is essential. 5 |

Absolutely buy this if you have a Sony rx100 camera. I have the v and it’s compact, heavy and felt like it was slipping out of hand. This was helpful and especially with a wrist strap feel good to go handling the camera. Easy to put on. You won’t regret buying it. 5 |
