Bought these to add additional capability for carrying a camera instead of with the sling harness. Plans are to use these with a backpack (standard or photo) while traveling or on assignment. They are of excellent quality like all Op/Tech items.

These things work great. Ends cord chaos. I have not yet used them on my camera equipment but have plans to on my next trip.

Anyone who owns a Nikon Coolpix P1000 and plans to use it on a tripod needs one of these. Control most camera functions from the palm of your hand!

If you have any plans for the very best shots that the X1D Mark II can deliver, then use an off-camera shutter release. Not only does this eliminate unwanted camera shake but it works beautifully. As an engineer myself, i always appreciate things that are well made and function well. This is no exception. It is a very well made piece of hardware. The cable has a nice braided material covering so it feels very high end - and suitable to be called a Hasselblad accessory.

I really enjoy using your camera's. I have had tremendous success with your cameras and your transmission plans. Have never had any problems with customer service. If I had a camera go bad they replaced it.

Nothing worse than having to take off plate to mount camera versus video. This is really a must have for anyone who plans to use a tripod with more than one device (i.e. video camera and HDSLR or DSLR)

I shoot with the Nikon D700 and no plans on a camera upgrade this year. But to upgrade to a 120 mbs from 30 makes a lot of sense. The Sandisk Extreme is a wonderful card and I just bought 3-16gb cards and I am going to add at least one more. Originally Nikon did not recommend a card larger than 8gb but with the A. & B. 1.02 firmware update you can use 64gb now...it is on the Nikon USA site. This card works great is very fast and it is affordable.
