I can't say enough good about this little switch. It offers per power management for data and power use. Yes you can order it to power cycle any particular port to reset those hard to reach AP's or cameras. It measures the PoE consumption of each port as well as the total draw from the PoE uplink. It's sealed against weather and mounts in harsh environments like attics and garages. Integrated into the UI software it's also helpful to track down problems with devices connected through it. If you have a router, you can also run VLANs through it to, for example, tap off a dedicated PoE ethernet line for a security camera and turn it into a general purpose trunk line for regular devices like solar inverters or AP's, and then VLAN the camera port back to the dedicated port on the NVR for added security.

It is weather proof, rugged, durable, and can withstand large changes in temperature. The best feature is that one does not need to have power or WiFi when thinking about where to put this camera. I needed a camera for a situation just like that. The back area of my property does not have a power source nor does my WiFi reach it. I needed a camera that can supply both its own power, and its own connectivity while also taking high quality pictures. The VOSKER® - V150 does just that. Love this security camera. I didn't want to have to hard wire power to a spot where I wanted to keep a eye on by my house and it was also out of a good Wi-Fi signal. The solar panel has kept it charged for the month that I've had it out so far. And the picture quality has been exceeding my expectations by far.

Initially I set up my security system of two cameras and the DVR on a single 12v 3A power adapter with a splitter cable. Everything worked but there were squigglies in the brightest areas of one camera feed. I added this power adapter to drive just that (4k) camera and the squigglies disappeared. The 4k image is now clean and astounding.

This battery handle extension gives you quite a bit more record time than just the regular camera battery, plus it adds length to the camera, making it much easier to handle and use while recording. It has a 1/4-20 thread in the bottom for tripod/mount use and it moves the USB-C port to the back of the camera, which can help with things like external power source while filming, charging while mounted and USB-C mics (as well as the Hollyland Lark M2’s receiver for their wireless mic). Even if you have the Creator Combo with the battery handle included as I do, having an extra, charged handle battery extends your record time by enough that you could record all day by just using a power bank to recharge the spent battery each time it runs low while the charged battery goes back on the camera. It’s always nice to know you’re going to be charged up and ready to go no matter what.
