Security Camera With Built In Microphone

Great monitor with built-in video camera and microphone.

We built a new home two months ago and made Ring our security systems. It is so easy to use through out phones. We love to be able to check our door bell camera and back yard security camera when we are away. We live in a fairly seclude area now and the cameras and overall security the system offers us is very reasurring.

I love Lorex doorbell camera! It does everything I need it to! I has color night vision and a built in security light that works great! The app is very easy to use as well!

Small and compact, so almost like using no strap, but it provides security just in case the camera were to slip. Well built for the low price.

On camera microphone.

This is perfect for the procaster microphone, very well built, very easy to use.

I am really impressed by the innovation of this product at this price point. Rather than try to replicated on the cheap the Shure or Sennheiser wireless systems, this has all the appearance of a new from-the-ground-up product. I needed to have 2 Lavalier microphones wirelessly connected to a small receiver that fits onto the camera hotshot, with a cable connection to the microphone in of the camera (Canon RP since you asked..). Each unit has built-in rechargeable batteries, they charge using a 5V USB C connection, and last more than enough time (hours) before re-charging is needed. This set has two transmitters that feed into the receiver as a single channel (mono) which is fine. Each transmitter has 4 gain settings. They are paired once and for all with their receiver, very easy to do. The camera has a headphone OUT socket, not really needed as the automatic level setting of the camera did a good job even with pauses and outside noise. The transmitters also have a built-in microphone if you do not need the quality and proximity of the Lavalier mikes. Everything was provided in the box, cables and all. Transmission is using 2.4 MHz, this may be an issue in a dense Wi-Fi environment, but I had no problems at home with tens of devices connected.

A great microphone so far, much better than the built-in camera mic on my Canon 90D dslr. Clear vocals and low noise. It is what I was hoping for.

I built a mount for my kayak using a flexible goose neck microphone stand. The camera to microphone stand adapter was just what I needed to finsh the project. I couldn't be any happer with the product.

I have a Sennheiser shotgun mike - and then I acquired a Sennheiser camera mount to a cold shoe0 with built-in stabilizer. Yes, it's a very long microphone for a camera - but with a SmallRig cage, it actually is pretty cool. The only thing missing was this cable. Now that I have it - I have a microphone that is much better than the usual camera mounted options and still useable in a run and gun situation.
