I purchased this to use at my in-laws cottage strictly as a security camera. With no one there 6 months out of the year and it being closed up without any electricity; it is nice to be able to keep track of the exterior. I'm able to see if anyone is there, not to mention the occasional deer, raccoon or fox that wonders by. 5 |

It's amazing — it captures electricity from a hole in the wall and somehow keeps it from escaping! This means you can put it into a camera, and the camera will work just like when you plug it into the electricity hole! I haven't tried putting my tongue on the metal parts yet like I normally do with a 9-volt battery, but I bet I'd be able to lick some of the electricity out of it! 5 |

This big battery holds a lot of electricity. It then pumps that electricity into my VX2100 camera so that I can make videos for hours. I like making videos and so I like this battery because if it were not in my camera I could not make videos. 5 |

When you have electricity available to plug into, this adapter substitutes for battery power when the camera power switch is on; so you need not worry about losing power while involved, for instance, in an online video conference or long studio shooting session. When the camera power switch is off, the adapter charges the batteries in the camera. With the lens pointed at you in landscape mode, the adapter plugs into a port located under a rubber cover at the E-M1X's bottom right corner. The approximately 69-inch electrical cord, that plugs into a normal two-prong wall socket, comes with the adapter and plugs on its other end into the adapter. The cable from the adapter to the camera is another three feet long. 5 |
