Semi Professional Canon Digital Camera

This is the perfect every-day walk-around camera for semi professional or enthusiast like me. Over all it fit the role I wanted it for. My set-up is Sony A6000 f4/ 16-70 Zeiss Lens 998.00 cost moore than camera. This lens very sharp, it takes much better pictures compared to kit lens. I used side by side Canon 6D $dollars camera with prime 24-105 lens, Sony has the edge. Canon lost its bang. I do not want to carry heavy camera when I travel. Sony gets my vote for its innovations. This was the first time I had purchased and used Canon's semi gloss paper, having only used the glossy papers before. I was completely blown away with the print quality using my Pixma Pro-100 with this paper! I have used a very well known professional photography lab for years for my client's prints in the past, but wanted to start doing some of my own printing. This paper produced professional quality prints that I am used to getting from my lab. Thank you Canon for such amazing quality paper!

Semi Professional. Great for Macro Photography.

This camera is fantastic. I am a digital artist who turns digital images into artwork to sell and consider myself semi-professional. I upgraded from a 6MP and 12X camera and, without alot of excess cash to throw around, found the SX20 IS to fit my budget perfectly and still gave me a much better camera. The zoom is real nice and have yet to find myself in a situation to need a tripod but will when I go out to do some night shots. The wide angle is perfect for my use and, although 18mm would have been my ideal, the tradeoff for a longer telephoto worked for me. The adjustable LCD screen is great even outdoors in the sun but to have the option of the viewfinder when necessary. The only downsides I've found so far are the lens cap which, despite purchasing a tether for it, I still lost it and the lens hood is a bit flakey and could easily come off the lens as there isn't much thread for it. All in all, I am quite pleased with this camera and would readily recommend it to others.

I am a semi professional photographer who has developed tremors in both hands. Hand held shots were becoming very difficult. The Steady Shot is exactly what I needed to take shots without camera shake. In addition it takes the weight of a professional camera and heavy lens off my neck and back. The set up was a little confusing but I just love it. I would make sure to order the quick release plate and a quick release adaptor. Very well made. Excellent quality. Cotton Carrier Customer Service has been great.

Semi-pro and professional videographers buy our lights for all sorts of productions. When they buy our product, they look for an LED light that's easy to carry around for travel, is cool to the touch, and is bright, color-accurate, and produces plenty of light output. This light in particular is an on-camera light, meant to be attached to your camera hot shoe mount for very portable shooting. This is a daylight model with a consistent color temperature of 5600 Kelvins for natural looking light that does not dip or fade.

I bought this mic as an on camera shotgun and loved it. I use it on a Sony HDR- AX2000. I'm a semi-professional videographer and I shoot a lot of shorts, high school/minor league sports, and corporate interviews. The audio quality was clean and the mic even performed well as a boom on a few shoots because the mic had great range. It compact so it's great on the camera, it never gets in the shot like longer models. Make sure to use the rubber spacing rings that come with the mic to get a snug fit in the camera's mic shoe because this mic is narrow. Also know that the mic requires phantom power (Must be used off an XLR straight out of the camera) I'll only owned the mic for a few months so I can only hope it will last over time but so far so good. It is a great mic for a semi-professional/professional on a bugdet.

I needed a compact, semi-professional camera for a recent trip, and the Lumix DMC-ZS100 met all of my requirements. One feature that I personally found particularly useful was the electronic view-finder. While not the most robust camera that I have owned, it is well made, with excellent fit and finish.

There is no better screen protector available anywhere for professional digital cameras. I installed this on my new Canon 5D IV and the touchscreen continues to function flawlessly. It goes on with ease and you will be the only one to know it's there. Absolutely perfect!
