Send Invite Quickbooks Online

We use these recorders to help us develop online education at the George Washington University. They are great because they are portable and easy to use. Our main use for them is to send them to distance faculty to record high quality lecture material. With the auto settings and simple controls, any faculty member is more than capable of recording great quality audio. Then they simply send the recorder back and we do all the editing. Such a simple process with great results thanks to this fantastic (and inexpensive) recorder!

I haven't got much into it but it is larger and much more detailed than the usual manual sent out with the camera that I do not think they send out anymore because it is an online thing. I like a book that I can read in a chair instead of having to do it on a computer. Anyhow it is well worth the price and am amazed at how much I get for so little.

I use scanner for online faxing: scan documents and send them through online fax service to fax machine. I also use chromebook. But I like the functions of this machine, and I have 1 pc to use it. I am surprised to find out that Canon has android and chrome apps that allows me to use my chromebook to connect to this machine. The wi-fi connection is my decision point vs. other model which gives me the flexibility to place this machine in a convenient location. In the PC software you can choose to save scanned documents to a local drive. In the chrom app, you can choose to connect with your mail app (gmail) and after the scan, the document becomes an attachment in a email. I then use the email to fax service to send fax. High speed; space saving design; simple and efficient interface.

Not only did B&H send me that product in super quick time but it was just what I needed. The service to oder online was easy and I will keep on ordering from them for more products.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is the tripod bag I never knew I always wanted. I mean, the tripod bag that came with my Vinten Vision 5AS was fine, right? Wrong. This bag redefines what to expect from a tripod bag. Its leather handles and shoulder strap invite being carried. It's two huge external pockets invite adding magic arms, light stands, clamps, you name it. And inside, there's plenty of room to spare for a 12' light stand. It's the bag I never leave home without.

Great paper, nice warm look, no curl. Printed 5x7 Graduation invite in my wide format printer trimmed them up and looked perfect.
