I have been a professional lead vocalist/singer for over 35 years. My go to mic had always been the Shure SM58 until ... I purchased a Sennheiser e835 last year from B &H. The sound quality from the e835 blew the SM58 out of the water... no comparison!! Loved my e835 ,,, until I decided to upgrade and purchase my e935 , when it went on sale recently! All I can say is if you love the e835, youre gonna love the sound of the e935!! The best sounding mic ever! Thank you Sennheiser for outdoing yourself and making another great sounding mic!! 5 |

I prefer the e835 over the Shure sm58 both in sound and value. Especially at $15 less per microphone with this 3 pack. I've even converted two of my local bands over to e835 for their live performances based on audience feedback, specifically the vocals in a male rock bands. I primarily use this microphones for podcasts and panel setups. I'm sure I'm be buying more again soon for more clients. 5 |

The Sennheiser e935 is a blessing for those of us with muddy voices, my Shure sm58 copy was too dark, the e935 brings out a strong and interesting sounding midrange quality to my voice, I'm not a powerful singer but this mic really helps. 5 |

For when there is a little noise, I wanted a condenser with a hyper cardioid pattern. but those really cost. This is well past your SM58 or E835 at the high end, and the low is good at 6inches. The bright/not-harsh high end is incredible, and it is detailed like the RodeNT1 I usually use. I'm loving this thing. 5 |
