Sennheiser Hd 500 Headphone Jack Pc Win10

I use it to connect my Sennheiser G4 500 series and it has not let me down so far. I like the locking 3.5mm jack, make everything just a little more secure on a hectic set. One less thing to think about.

The headphone out jack on my PC speakers finally wore out, so I needed a new way to select audio output to either speakers or headphones. This switcher seems well-built and makes it easy to quickly toggle between output sources. Being made in the USA is a nice bonus!

It is a great headphone case. B&H displays it at the bottom of the Sennheiser HD 800 listing, which at least suggests the HD 800 would fit in it. It is not even close. The HD 800 heaphones do not fit in this case.

I bought a pair on a whim because I got tired of using Airpod Pros 2 IEMs to use while on the couch or in bed waiting for the kids to fall asleep. I am into the Audiophile hobby so I am nitpicky when it comes to sound but obviously for wireless devices I understand sacrifices have to be made. I own a Hifiman Susvara, a Focal Utopia, and Sennheiser HD800S, all of which are considered summit-fi headphones which I use when stationary at my audio stack at my PC Desktop so I know what good heaphones sound like. The headphones are slightly consumer tuned to be warmer on the bass region (typical) but not overly annoying. ANC isn't as good as Apple solutions but sound quality is leaps above it. The sound quality is definitely on par with Focal's sub-$1000 offerings and they are more resolving than my classic Sennheiser HD650 for sure. Where I find this shines is with the Sound Personalization feature in the app where it auto-EQs based on your hearing capability. If this is your only pair of audiophile grade headphones, you'll appreciate the DAC feature where you can plug it into your USB jack of your PC to feed a pure digital signal to the headphone's built in DAC/AMP, this is where I feel this headphone performs its best (though BT is still best in class amongst its wireless peers). For anyone who just needs a pair of audiophile wireless headphones that can be used as a wired version (USB or headphone jack) as well look no further. As of the latest firmware version I do not notice any delay playing music or content on my phone as other users have noted.

An alternative to using the headphone jack on your MacBook Pro.

I have owned the HD 58x, HD 560s, and PC 38x from Sennheiser and of those, the only ones that were decently comfortable for my incredibly large head were the PC 38x. I loved the sound of all of them, but they were just not made for people like me. I was hesitant to buy these, but they have a completely different headband design, so I figured it was worth a shot. Plus I could always return them if it didn't work out. I'm glad I gave it a try. While I do wish the headband had another click or two of adjustment, it seems to just barely get large enough for me. And they are by far the most comfortable Sennheiser headphones I have ever used. I almost forget that I am even wearing them after a while. The only slight complaint with comfort is that the very tips of my ears seem to touch the sides of the earcups even though these are supposedly deeper than others they make. For the sound, it's really excellent. I prefer the producer pads for the extra bass; this gets me a bit more warmth than the other Sennheisers I mentioned, a more pleasing midrange than the 560s, and a nice, bright top end that is still smooth and not grating. Not much more I could ask for here. They also have excellent sound stage and imaging. The only other slight complaint is the cable. The cable is fine, but the little coiled bit bounces around a bit and you can hear that in the left ear. It's a little annoying, but it's also a replaceable cable, so you could just get an aftermarket one instead. While I am very happy with my purchase, I do also think these would be better priced. Still, I highly recommend them. (I also posted this on Sweetwater, so no, this isn't a bot, I just like them enough to rate them multiple places)
