I compared these headphones to the Apple AirPods Max, and the Sennheiser Momenthum 4 wireless headphones. After several days of evaluating the sound and features i selected the Sony's because I felt the sound quality was the best. 5 |

I bought a pair on a whim because I got tired of using Airpod Pros 2 IEMs to use while on the couch or in bed waiting for the kids to fall asleep. I am into the Audiophile hobby so I am nitpicky when it comes to sound but obviously for wireless devices I understand sacrifices have to be made. I own a Hifiman Susvara, a Focal Utopia, and Sennheiser HD800S, all of which are considered summit-fi headphones which I use when stationary at my audio stack at my PC Desktop so I know what good heaphones sound like. The headphones are slightly consumer tuned to be warmer on the bass region (typical) but not overly annoying. ANC isn't as good as Apple solutions but sound quality is leaps above it. The sound quality is definitely on par with Focal's sub-$1000 offerings and they are more resolving than my classic Sennheiser HD650 for sure. Where I find this shines is with the Sound Personalization feature in the app where it auto-EQs based on your hearing capability. If this is your only pair of audiophile grade headphones, you'll appreciate the DAC feature where you can plug it into your USB jack of your PC to feed a pure digital signal to the headphone's built in DAC/AMP, this is where I feel this headphone performs its best (though BT is still best in class amongst its wireless peers). For anyone who just needs a pair of audiophile wireless headphones that can be used as a wired version (USB or headphone jack) as well look no further. As of the latest firmware version I do not notice any delay playing music or content on my phone as other users have noted. 5 |

I have had the Epson's in the past for flat bed, but my dedicated film scanner was dead and needed a new solution. Looked at dedicated film scanners again but to add the capability of 120 took the price point wait out. I read the reviews on teh V750 and decided to get the V850 (newer model) I was not disappointed at all. First thing I did was compare scans from V850 to my old dedicated film, I was pretty upset at the results. I have to rescan everything I did on the old film, it's that much better. That was using just the epson default software to scan. Once I tested the difference between SilverFast and the Epson software, it clintched it that I would be rescanning everything I've ever done using the the SilverFast on the V850... I then did a quick couple scans on the 120. once again I was not let down, the V850 handles it. The film holders are not perfect, but as I tested on 6x6,6x7 and 6x4.5 I realized why they are the way they are... I recommend this to anyone who needs a scanner... but even more who need one for every use. Attached is photo of V850 compared to old Canon FS4000 film scanner. 5 |
