Sennheiser Headphone With Mike

Excellent audio both headphone and mike. Only one thing bothers me is the connector, I keep rubbing my shoulder on it. They should have brought it out at a different angle or shortened the plug. Otherwise it is an excellent headset.

This is a great mike. Almost as good as the Sennheiser MKH416 but at 1/3 the price. A must-have in your inventory. Great for as a travel mic.

This replaces the foam windscreen used on my Sennheiser ME66 mini-shotgun mike, It is the oldest piece of equipment in my arsenal, having been in use for several decades. Typically the foam windscreen deteriorate and crumble after a while. The OEM windscreen was about $50, and this was less than half. It fits the microphone perfectly and snugly, without having the tendency to slip off as did the OEM. If you have one of the microphones compatible with this, I say consider it strongly.

I have a Sennheiser shotgun mike - and then I acquired a Sennheiser camera mount to a cold shoe0 with built-in stabilizer. Yes, it's a very long microphone for a camera - but with a SmallRig cage, it actually is pretty cool. The only thing missing was this cable. Now that I have it - I have a microphone that is much better than the usual camera mounted options and still useable in a run and gun situation.

I just got my Sennheiser e908b with the equipment to use the mike wired into a Bose T1 Tonemaster, run through a Bose L1 Compact PA. Really clear as a bell sound, which is what you want. It didn’t sound limited by the mic. I wanted to avoid that. Will ultimately go wireless. I’m not a professional, yet. Been playing saxes for 3.5 years. Serious about sound. At this price point with the flexibility to go wired and wireless is a big advantage.

I am an audio and video producer. I recently bought the Sennheiser MKE 600 microphone with professional windsock, mount and pole. I also purchased the 10 and 2 ft cords. I do audio with a Roland digital recorder and found the audio to be very crisp and clean. In recording on the boom at full extension over a choir with piano, guitar and trumpet, I found that the direction of the mike was very important as it does not blend sounds when give the chance to separate them. What you point at is what you get. The minister, about 100 feet away, was easily understandable with the shotgun as well. There was in house amplification of him but this mike bore down on the actual sound he was putting out and came through loud and clear. You've got to ante up for this unit but it sounds quite good so far.

This fit my Sennheiser shotgun mike out of the box and onto street production without a hitch. Secure fit, excellent wind reduction. Not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive, it works way above its pay grade and certainly reduced the amount of ADR we had to do after our outdoor shoot.

Performed as promised. I was looking for a mike to connect with my Sennheiser wireless G4 with quiet handle, to capture interviews in crowded noisy arenas. This mike did the job.

I use this shotgun mike system on my Panasonic HPX 170 along with three rotating Sennheiser Wireless microphones. The 416 is a fabulous shotgun mike and I also use it in my studio for voice work on the documentary I shot in China on the building of San Francisco's new Bay Bridge. I highly recommend the 416 Shotgun Mic and this great package from B&H Photo.

Its a Sennheiser microphone. Its a great shotgun mike that is perfect for what I do. The price is worth every penny if you want a decent quality shot gun mike without spending $800 - $1000.
