Sennheiser Headphones Call Center

Suddenly the price was reduced as Sennheiser was figuring out what they were doing with this line. I call B&H to verify the low price. I couldn't pass it up. The price did go up a week later to original on all audio sites. Pays to keep looking . I saved several hundred dollars. It's too bad Sennheiser is getting rid of this line.

As an audiophile and an owner of some of the best headphones from Sennheiser and others, I must say that the AirPods Max Headphones are excellent - - in fact they are terrific. The sound quality is superb and the headphones are extremely comfortable. This product gets my highest rating of 5/5.

This would be the Illmatic of Headphones for DJs. Sennheiser kept If it ain't broke, don't try fix it. Many user replaceable parts. Light weights construction for hours of use without fatigue. I believe 2024 marks the 35 years anniversary of this headphones. As glasses wearer, on-ear nature of this headphones works wonder. Since nothing existed in this world is perfect, here are few cons; little thin and easy to get tangled straight cable, coiled cable is also nice to have but little to heavy and long for my taste. Although included Pleather pads are comfy, and gets worn out rather quick. Invest in velour pads like ones from DT770.

I use this headset in a call center and it is so lightweight I don't notice I have it on even after 10 hr shifts. I have been working in the telecommunications industry for 27 years and I can say this is my favorite. At each job I have had over the years I have always brought my own headset with me since most businesses do not provide StarSets. My older StarSet had a heavier connect cord and was always in the way, this model has a lighter cord and it doesn't kink up like the last one I had. I would recommend this model to anyone who spends a lot of time on calls. This is the next best thing to being cordless.

Love it. We use this with a Laptop in our call center and the Supervisor is able to wheel this around and have enough space on the table tops to keep documents. Pretty sturdy and made with quality materials. Not a cheap wobbly cart for sure. Casters are lockable

Fast response from call center to follow the shipping. The quality of the cap is good. The same as the original one made in Japan.

We use 960 USB Headset exclusively at our call center. Excellent quality and a good price.

I use for VOIP on Skype, as my phone for personal call center purposes (I made more than 100 calls a day), listening to music in between and talking on my ihpone through bluetooth. It is so versatile, works flawlessly. The mic is perfect. The sound quality is pretty darned good for a do-it-all! I've seen some other headsets that automatically mute when you swing the mic into the upright position. That would be nice, but there is absolutely no drawback to not having it.
