When you get as old as I am and the customer service rep. asks for the serial number on the back of your DVD player or IPhone you are going to need one these. It’s a lifesaver. Great optics, well made, and plenty large. I really like mine.

I have deployed a number of SMX1500RM2U's in my customer's network and have never had one issue with deployment and service. As long as you maintain your UPS with timely battery replacements, you won't have any issues at all.

I recently purchased Sennheiser HD650 headphones from B&H, and I couldn't be happier with the product and the service. The HD650 sound quality is stellar, with a balanced and natural sound signature that makes listening to my music much more enjoyable than with my old Beyer Dynamics. The bass is deep and well-controlled, the mids are lush and detailed, and the highs non-fatiguing. I appreciate the open-back design's expansive soundstage in orchestral recordings, making you feel like you're in the middle of a live performance. As to comfort, the HD650s are legendary, and these live up to the reputation; they're lightweight, and the velour ear pads soft, allowing for extended listening sessions without any discomfort. My only criticism is that the build quality is less robust than I was expecting in this price range.   B&H Photo made the purchasing experience seamless and enjoyable. Their website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was straightforward, and the shipping prompt. The price was outstanding, too. I recommend the Sennheiser HD650 headphones for their superb audio performance and B&H Photo for their excellent service.

These are amazing - Marshall sent me these as a replacement for my other headphones which needed warranty work - amazing customer service and even better sound quality.

The headphones are made with care and are very durable. I got my first pair and it was defective due to the touch controls malfunctioning. I went though customer service and they sent me a brand new pair (guess sony stepped up their customer service). The new pair works great. The sound is outstanding and the NC puts u on another planet. Another great feature is the app to change EQ and other sound options like Noise Cancelling levels. The headphones are amazing compared to beats and other headphones in the $ range. I 100% recommend.

I have had such great experience with both my Aftershokz before they rebranded and customer service. My first pair I had a slight issue, and customer service was right on top of getting me taken care of. I wear these headphones over 4 hrs a day. But now it’s time to get a new pair due to accidentally running my headphones through the wash. Even after getting them out of the wash they worked for a full night. Now I have no sound. These things just didn’t want to die. Awesome headphones and recommend them to anyone that asks about them.

I became a huge fan of Shokz four years ago, and am still a big suporter of these unique headphones! And another thing is that their customer service is second to none. I thought I had lost my set of headphones so I ordered a new pair. Then somehow they turned up but I had already recieved my replacement order. I talked to their customer service and they told me exactly how to rewritten l return this set. I decided to keep them and give them as a present to my friend for his birthday!
