Sennheiser Headphones Replacement Pads Px100

While this replacement part is advertised by Sennheiser as only for the newer version of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro released since 2016, it fit great my older Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones bought around 2013. It doesn't seem like the replacement part for pre-2016 headphones is readily available, so I'd say just go with this. There are off-brand replacement pads available online, but I question their quality - the original pads served me well so I hope these original Sennheiser ones will too.

This would be the Illmatic of Headphones for DJs. Sennheiser kept If it ain't broke, don't try fix it. Many user replaceable parts. Light weights construction for hours of use without fatigue. I believe 2024 marks the 35 years anniversary of this headphones. As glasses wearer, on-ear nature of this headphones works wonder. Since nothing existed in this world is perfect, here are few cons; little thin and easy to get tangled straight cable, coiled cable is also nice to have but little to heavy and long for my taste. Although included Pleather pads are comfy, and gets worn out rather quick. Invest in velour pads like ones from DT770.

Unlike other ear pads that I was considering for my Sennheiser HD 280 Headphones, these Auray ear pads were fairly easy to install since the material that attaches to the headphone is a little stretchy. The stock ear pads from Sennheiser are probably more difficult to install since they are less stretchy. The leather seems to be of good quality and feels good. The level of sound isolation is at least as good as the original ear pads.

I bought these headphones about 3 years ago to replace my 6 year old RH-200 (still working to this day) headphones I admit I was not sure these would top them because I absolutely love the 200's. Well I got them and put them on and listened to them and was completely blown away by them the bass is extreme the treble is crystal clear all while maintaining a close to zero curve. I have compared them to Sennheiser's, Bose, and the Beats. The closest second was the Sennheiser and of course although being more expensive than these the Beats were a waste of time. The build quality is exquisite and has a metal speaker cup as well as very different ear pads which really bold the sound in. aAt three years now the pads as always are showing age but I use them while doing work so they are exposed to sweat which really ages them quicker. The image is my headphones with 3 years on them.

I bought my first pair of Sennheiser headphones and wanted them be as comfortable as possible. Yes they were new but I wanted the best fit, comfort to enhance my music experience. I listen to a very wide spectrum of music. Hard rock from the 60's, Elvis, BB King, Classical, Country, etc. I live in an apartment now and before I was able to unlesh my Bose and Klipsch speakers with a 200 watt Denon amp. With these leather pads they may the Sennheisers more comfortable for long periods of listening. Beats the stock pads hands down! Buy and experience comfort! Really.

I looked at many replacement pads for my headphones at work. These were the only ones I found that matched the original construction, which has an inner flat, foam circle that lies inbetween the outer lamb skin padding and the speaker plate. It doesn't have the same glove leather look with many wrinkles as the original pads, but they are comfortable all day.

We have about 20 of these and they have lasted a few years so far. Just bought replacement ear pads but the headphones work well.

I had been looking for replacement pads for my Sony MDR-7506 headphones. Came across these and figured I would give them a shot. They were a little tough to put on (don't be afraid to stretch them a bit...) but once on they were comfortable. I'm happy :-)

The replacement pads were designed exactly like the original pads and replacement was done is seconds.
