This would be the Illmatic of Headphones for DJs. Sennheiser kept If it ain't broke, don't try fix it. Many user replaceable parts. Light weights construction for hours of use without fatigue. I believe 2024 marks the 35 years anniversary of this headphones. As glasses wearer, on-ear nature of this headphones works wonder. Since nothing existed in this world is perfect, here are few cons; little thin and easy to get tangled straight cable, coiled cable is also nice to have but little to heavy and long for my taste. Although included Pleather pads are comfy, and gets worn out rather quick. Invest in velour pads like ones from DT770. 5 |

I have long been a Sennheiser user and thought I would give these a try - BOY what a sound. Great highs and plenty of bass. Taken into consideration that they are not even close to being broken in yet, I can assume they will only get better with age. I love the detachable cord and the various cords included, every headphone maker should do this. The blue and tan color is gorgeous. Hardly any outside sounds get through. 5 |
