Perfect fit for my Neumann headphones. 5 |

While I love the Neumann NDH 30 Headphones, my only complaint was that it only came with a very long and straight cable. Since my headphone amp is within arms length of my mixing desk, I would have preferred a coiled cable, or at least for one to be included as an option, especially given the price of the headphones. Searching Neumann's website, I saw that a coiled cable was available as an accessory for the NDH headphones, though they didn't specify which model. I took a risk by ordering this cable, as it explicitly states it is for the NDH 20. I received it today, and to my delight it is indeed also compatible with the NDH 30 headphones, as both appear to use the same twist to insert connector. It's a Neumann cable, so like most things Neumann the build quality is top notch. I couldn't be happier. 5 |

This mic is awesome. I additionally have a Sennheiser MKH416 which has better noise rejection. This Neumann condenser has a preferred frequency response. As a result, this mic is very well suited to live processing with an Apollo x8p or Twin X. I also have a few other mics, but this one is amazing! 5 |

The Sennheiser SKM5200-II Handheld Transmitter with the Neumann Capsule had a clarity that was indescribable. There are only a few mics that would make you just drop everything. I would say this Neumann-Sennheiser configuratio is most definitely one of those few. 5 |

Best. Analog. Shotgun Mic. Ever. Hands down. If you can afford this mic.....get it. So crisp and clear!!! There are other great shotgun mics out there that have a really warm sound like the Neumann KMR 81 i MT which is also an amazing shotgun mic! I also use my Sennheiser MKH8060 for documentaries and reality tv and it is by far my favorite for those applications (although it is actually quite good in narrative too. Just picks up a lot of background noise) because it is so forgiving on off-axis sound and doesn't add any discoloration to any off-axis dialogue/sound! But like I said......Schoeps is still the best in my opinion. From my list from budget - very good - best....it would have to be: Rode/Audio Technica - Sennheiser/Neumann - Schoeps. 5 |

If you bought these from Sennheiser, they would be $50 + shipping. Authentic Neumann fits my U87i and U89 (vintage) shock mounts 5 |

I'm a full time audiobook narrator. I have tried several mics, including a Neumann TLM 103, a TLM 102, a Sennheiser MK4, a Sennheiser 416 and a Shure SM7B. For my voice, the KSM32 beats them all. It's very warm sounding and very versatile. It's an excellent buy. 5 |

Headphones are a very personal choice. I am both an audiophile headphone listener and a production headphone user. To set the context for the this review of the Neumann NDH 20, it's worth mentioning what I have used. I have used a pair of Sennheiser HD280s for years; carried a pair for over 3 years in Afghanistan, have used then in environments all over the world, I use a pair with my field recording kit now and I even used them for my first documentary film edit. For music I have listened through a pair Sennheiser HD 820 and more recently settled into a pair of Grado RS2e's. I have even used the RS2e's for final audio mix downs and editing. As a professional podcaster, audio engineer and filmmaker, I spend hours editing. Comfort and sound accuracy across the full spectrum of audio experience I am creating is not just critical, it is the difference between production success and failure. In my opinion, there is no better headphone on the market for audio engineering than the Neumann NDH20's. Their accuracy and fullness allows for audio mixes and edits to be done even without reference monitors... they are that good. I put off spending the money on these for almost a year. Once I did, I can't imagine being without them. As with Neumann mics, the Neumann NDH20 is simply the best. It is one of the best investments I have made in the studio. 5 |

This is my third pair of Shure IEM's. My SE 315's developed a balance problem after many years. The output of the left earpiece was just slightly lower than the right. I decided to replace them with the SE425's. As a long-time owner of Shure IEM's I already had the microphone cord and a recently acquired BT2 adapter. I also have a FiiO balanced cord which I use with DAPs that have balanced outputs. I own several other professional headphones and IEM's. I have always liked the sound of Shure IEM's. They have a clarity which I enjoy. Bass response has been criticized by some. It is solid without being overwhelming. However, it is important to note that the selection and fit of the various ear tips will greatly affect bass response. The wrong tip will reduce bass response and sound isolation. I have experimented with various tips and always returned to the old yellow universal fit ones. Your results may vary. I travel frequently and love the isolation of the Shures. With the properly fitted tips they will out perform any of the active noise cancelling headphones I own. No battery to charge either. Shure claims approximately 37db of isolation and this is across the spectrum not just in some areas. How do these compare to full size headphones? My current favorite are the Neumann NDH 20's. The Neumann's base response is superior to the SE425's, but only a little. In terms of clarity, the Neumann's are also a little better. However, they are twice the price of the Shure's and, while they offer good isolation, they are not equal to the SE425's. I also own the FiiO FH5 IEM's. Excellent sound, but lack the isolation of the Shure's even fitted with Comply isolation tips. You have to set your priorities. Mine are sound isolation when I need it and the ability to use Bluetooth and the SE425's are quite excellent in both respects. All in all a very good value. 5 |

As an audiophile and an owner of some of the best headphones from Sennheiser and others, I must say that the AirPods Max Headphones are excellent - - in fact they are terrific. The sound quality is superb and the headphones are extremely comfortable. This product gets my highest rating of 5/5. 5 |
