Sennheiser Wireless Transmitter With 2 Headphones

We need some way to supply phantom power to a condenser microphone feeding into a Sennheiser wireless transmitter. This proved to be the perfect solution. Its construction is first class and it works flawlessly. We're so thankful we were alerted to this product and highly recommend it.

OK, it is pricy - but the Sennheiser AVX Digital wireless set is super simple to use and has great sound quality. Open the box, charge up the units (transmitter and receiver), push the link buttons on both units and wait for confirmation, plug in the XLR receiver into the camera and put the clip the Lav and the transmitter on the talent and you're in business. This is the easiest system I've ever owned. I do recommend getting spare batteries if you're doing an extended shoot, otherwise you find this to be what a digital product ought to be - easy, compact, light and reliable.

I purchased this mic to replace a original Sennheiser mic that came with my ew100 G2 wireless transmitter. The mic works great. I have used it on several assignments and have no problems. Works as the original, but smaller and more compact. I recommend this mic as a second or replacement.

I bought this to replace two Polsen ULW-16's I was using so this is like reviewing the purchase of a Mercedes after driving a Ford Pinto. I was getting so tired of messing with the Polsen before every interview, trying to find a channel that didn't have massive feedback and if I did, I constantly worried that the user would inadvertently change the channel on the transmitter (which happened too often!). The transmitter and receiver were large, clunky and poor quality. The Sennheiser AVX is an amazing wireless lav setup. I was up and running within seconds, literally, and it just works! No more worry about searching for a workable UHF channel that works. the link protection (which scans available frequencies and will automatically switch before any interference becomes audible) works incredibly well. I have experienced zero feedback in any of my recordings. The automatic sensitivity adjustment is a great feature as well and does a great job at keep the audio at a desired level the entire time. I've heard some complain about the rechargeable batteries this set uses, but I personally love that I don't have to mess with AA batteries any longer. As long as you're not trying to capture audio for 5-7 hours continuously on one change, you'll be just fine. They work while being changed by a small USB changer as well so as long as you have a portable charger, you'll be hard pressed to run out of power. If you are a solo shooter and need an incredibly high quality plug and record wireless mic system, look no further than the Sennheiser AVX. 6 out of 5 stars!

I'm a professional video producer. I have long used a Sennheiser wireless system with my SONY camcorders, I ordered this lav to use with my newly purchased DJI wireless mic system because it does not have the locking connector that would prevent its use with the DJI transmitter. And because according to reports I read, it performs well with the system with no hiss. I have found that with the DJI transmitter's gain set to 0db and the receiver (plugged into my iphone 8) set at +6db, the results are very good with the gain boosted in post. As expected, when I tested the lav with my Sound Devices MixPre-3 recorder, the sound was considerably better with little boost needed in post. This lav performs at least as well as my Sennheiser. It provided the solution I needed and is good value for the money.

Great microphone for only $. I bought this to use as a wireless mic with my Sennheiser ew100 ENG G2 on-camera mounting system. It's easy to use and provides great audio quality. I just plug my Plug-in transmitter (that comes with the Sennheiser system mentioned earlier) and bam I now have a wireless mic. The transmitter powers the mic, it's a great set up. If you have the Sennheiser ew100 ENG G2 wireless mic system and you want a wireless handheld mic to go with it, buy this mic instead of the SKM100 Wireless mic going for $329. It does the same job and gives just as good sound for a fraction of the cost. A wedding videographers must have!Bob

This is the perfect ideal adapter for using active speakers in a wireless capacity. Specifically, I use the Sennheiser wireless systems to send the signal to the speakers remotely. This adapter is for the needed for the Sennheiser transmitter/receiver packs for providing constant power verses using batteries. I hide the transmitter/receiver packs on top of each speaker out of site from the public and being able to plug them in to the same cord as the active speaker.

Had a Sennheiser 100 series wireless transmitter and receiver for video and was carrying it around in a bag. Dropped the bag and my receiver broke. No audio from the output jack. So I decided I needed a better case for them, picked this up and I LOVE it. It already has a great rubber lining, but if you get the pick and pluck foam to go with it you've got a super strong and light case for small electronics or cameras. Very cool!
