I'll keep this short and sweet. The video on this is perfect. I would not purchase this if you want to use it for pictures. I got this because of what I saw what it could do for video on YouTube. I own the Sony a7r3, so yeah, that's why I say that about taking pictures with this. I use it the fact that it shoots 4k and an zoom to 720mm without loss of quality is great. You lose the stabilization, but I use it for filming wildlife, which are normally not moving much. Throw a raynox 250 on this, and you have fun to last. The built in ND filters is a great addition that I utilize often. That's very helpful. The flip out screen is a plus and the ability to connect an external monitor is another plus. I have no complaints about this for video. I use it when I don't want to lug my main camera with the 1.4x tc plus 100-400 g. So much for short and sweet. =)

What a great deal for great equipment, we love it. I use this in the workshop to show what's going on and in the studio to take better pictures.

First Sony trinitron 20” crt in the 80’s, second Sony 46” Bravia 2005, lasted til 2024, loved both, this third one is awesome, great video and audio!

I was a newbie to photography and bought this camera for a workshop and i could not be happier with it, its easy to use, the pictures come out great, there are plenty of manual functions, the only bummer is the viewfinder which is ridiculously small and only shows about 70% of the image, so you have to use the LCD monitor all the time which i find disconnects you from your subject a bit, but other than that i love this camera!!

I originally was not going to purchase this lens but I went to a workshop on Seoul and used it at night and with a ND 4 filter during the day. I could not believe the photographs. At night the view was so bright and I could use shutter speeds and Asa readings I had only dreamed of in the past. So I purchased on and took it on a trip to Nepal. One night I would up on the trekking adventure and leaned Out and took pictures in the middle of the night. The final pictures could only have been take with this lens! They were amazing. The stars that with my eyes were bearly visible stood out like beams in the dark ski. The mountains were so beautiful and shrouded in clouds on their summits. I then took some videos not expecting much but they were sharp and bright too. This would have been impossible with any other lens. This is what this lens is about. It can take pictures that no other lens can produce. It is truly a lens for those special unforgettable moments that you never wish to forget. I have tried many other fast lens including Noktilux lens from the past but this one is the sharpest and has the greatest light gathering ability of any of these lens. To me it is worth every cent if you wish to produce great photographs. Thank you Leica for making this wonderful lens!

Used it a National Night out to show a Sesame Stree preparedness video to the kids o a 43 TV and they were glued to their seats.

The reason I bought it was because I tested it last month at Sony workshop in Yangon Myanmar. It impressed me with the gorgeous images produced by this gigantic len. I got it at a very good price in Yangon Sony distributor and I am very happy with it :) Although the focussing is not as fast as others Sony native lens but it is still acceptable to me.

I'm invested in the entire Westcott line of strobes and couldn't be happier. I also do some teaching and picked up the Sony trigger for a workshop. I'm a Canon shooter using the non-Sony trigger and having both versions of the trigger worked like a charm at the workshop.
