Set Volume On Samsung Sound Bar To Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar is really excellent quality. We bought a competitors soundbar about a year ago and it has performed fairly well but once we plugged in the Samsung bar you could really hear an improvement in sound quality. The install was also incredibly easy, just plugged it in with the included HDMI cable and it worked right away. We were worried that it wouldn't fit under out TV but it was the exact right size and it looks super sleek and stylish. The Space Fit Sound feature works with the environment of your room to optimize the sound audio and I feel like that really comes through. Our TV room is a pretty big space and I'm able to hear dialogue much better at a lower volume with this bar compared to the last one. I love the little info scroller screen in the front too. It was hard to tell what the last sound bar was doing and this one tells you what setting it's in and the volume level on the scrolling screen. The adaptive sound mode for better dialogue quality is handy because I hate having to turn the volume up and down during films to make sure I'm hearing the voices well without having the action scenes blow out my ear drums. Overall it's just a really great product and I'll be recommending it to family and friends in the future and buying more Samsung items myself.

Replaced an old samsung 2.1 sound bar. This is so much better. I can hear clear dialogue and never need to mess with the volume when changing channels as I had to with my old system. Set up was quick easy. Vizio is a good quality product.

My husband is a Samsung loyal customer and he wanted to add a some speakers to our living room tv. I actually didn’t think we needed these speakers but boy was I mistaken! The sounds that weren’t coming thru with just the tv is really shocking!! We were missing so much and I had no idea! I also like that it doesn’t take up much room for the amount of sound you get from just two speakers! This sound bar makes such a difference! Before, we had to turn up the volume on the TV so loud because it seemed like the sound was coming from the side of the TV instead of the front. It was easy to set up. We have an older TV, so I had to use the extra cord for the sound bar to work with my TV. The sound is great!

When I turn up the volume on the TV, the audio level is not exactly visible, only the plus and minus signs are visible, I would like to see the sound level of the bar while I increase the volume

I pre-ordered these speakers when they were announced. I had been thinking about getting a sound bar to replace the built-in TV speakers, but decided to hold off until I could try the Roku speakers. The setup took only a few minutes and I had no issues. Plug in the speakers, turn on the TV, and pair the speakers with the TV. Since they are wireless there are no cables between the speakers and TV, only the power cables to each speaker. I think they are a great alternative to a sound bar, they are not going to be an alternative to a full surround sound system. I think the sound is great, a big improvement over the TV’s built-in speakers. I especially like the volume leveling and “night” mode that limit the large volume swings that can occur when watching movies at night when my kids are sleeping.

We could not here the dialog on many TV programs. This sound bar lets us separate and adjust volume on various speakers to enhance the dialog. The blue tooth set up helps eliminate wires running every where.

We are of a certain age where sometimes it's difficult for us to hear the dialogue on TV. This sound bar has helped immensely and the volume doesn't even have to be turned up that high. And it was easy to install!

we have many sonos products this Beam sound bar is used in our exercise room , the TV volume alone was too weak and muffled - now with the beam and our new sonos 5 speaker we have awesome sound
