If you don't have the time or patience to learn more keyboard macros, this keyboard will get you up and running quick. It's well-built, fairly quiet, and does the job well. 5 |

Up until the purchase of this keyboard I was using the built in keyboard on my laptop. I recently began a new job that provided this keyboard and as soon as I used it I knew I had to have it for my home use! (I am a full time student who is in a degree that requires a large amount of writing.) The keys have a good amount of travel and a very satisfying touch response, with just the right amount of noise, not too loud at all for a mechanical keyboard. I can use this for hours and hours and not feel uncomfortable! HIGHLY recommend. 5 |

I bought the i7 version with 32 gig of RAM. Build quality is excellent. Very lightweight for the performance. Runs cooler than any laptop I have ever owned. My one complaint is the lack of dedicated Page Up/Down Home and End keys. You have to press a function key in combination with one of the four cursor arrow keys to move up or down quickly. My 2020 HP Spectre X360 is almost exactly the same size as the Dragonfly, yet HP managed to fit dedicated Home, End and Page Up/Down keys on the keyboard. For a high end laptop like the Dragonfly, it's inexplicable that they could not fit dedicated versions of these four frequently used keys on the keyboard. Other than this one issue, the laptop is fast and a perfect travel companion. The built in full size HDMI port is a nice touch for connecting an external monitor or projector. The touchpad is responsive and accurate. Battery life is great so far. Despite my one complaint about the keyboard, I would buy it again, but for this price, one expects perfection, not almost perfection. 5 |

When setting up a sound booth, reducing background noise is good. So... Placing your computer (and its loud fan) at a distance helps, but it can/will diminish the function of your wireless mouse and keyboard. With these cables you can have it both ways - your computer can be distanced from your mic and the dongles to your mouse and keyboard can be kept close. 5 |

I have it on the lowest setting and it's very stable, I think it could hold a lot more than it's 5-lb. weight rating. Maybe at higher settings it would be more unstable. Decent build quality, the rubber pads are applied a little off-center but nothing major. I was surprised that the bottom of the feet also have rubber pads, I didn't expect that. I use this to support my laptop over my M-Audio Hammer 88 keyboard controller. One thing to keep in mind if you're going to put anything on top of the feet (like my keyboard), look close and you'll see the feet have a tapered outer lip. At the near end, their thinnest point, they are approximately 1/8" thick; at the back end, they gradually taper up to approximately 1" thick. I put some 3/4" thick rubber feet on my keyboard so that the stand's feet have enough clearance to slide under it. 5 |
