This 2.1 system by far is the best set-up I have ever owned from Logitech. Speakers are crisp and clean, lows are low and highs or high. I use these while gaming, as my PA speakers when I'm making my style of music(electro house) on FLStudio and mixing while using my DJ Pioneer DDJ-800 controller. I love this thing. i'm going too use it for medical appointments at home. Setting it up and testing it was easy on the phone with Logitech. The Play:5 has been a revelation. Up until I bought it, I'd been using a number of AirPlay speakers. These suffered from two big problems: they were unreliable (the devices often wouldn't show in my list of speakers for reasons I could never fathom) and, more subtly, they played music from my phone itself. This meant if your phone died, no music. If you went out of range, no music. If you clicked a YouTube link, it would suddenly blare out of your speakers. But with Sonos, it's just worked from the moment I unboxed it. It sounds good, even in a large-ish room. The only problem is that I now want more dotted all through the house! 5 |
