Setting Up Pro Controller Switch Pc Wired

I use this controller with my PC via bluetooth and it works great. It’s a huge upgrade from my wired 360 controller. It’s slimmer, the texture is better and all the buttons feel and are quieter. A note to PC users, make sure to disable power management for whatever bluetooth adapter you are using or it will create connectivity issues with this controller and any other bluetooth devices.

Very well made, handy wired single button remote for switching between machines, plenty of power for USB devices. I'm using this switch to share my devices between my PC and Mac at my desk. I simply switch inputs on my monitor and press the super handy remote button included with this unit and all my devices are switched over. I had worried about how my audio interface would handle being switched between a Mac and a PC, but so far it has worked perfectly with my Scarlett 2i2.

I recently purchased this as a replacement for our pfSense router/firewall at our church. What an upgrade! Setup was a super easy using the hardwired ethernet method. I heard too many horror stories about setting it up with a mobile phone. Why would you set a device like this up with a phone???!!! There are PLENTY of videos to help get this thing configured the way you want it. We currently run this UDM Pro with 2 UAP-AC-Pro access points and a recently purchased Unifi 48 port POE switch. We also have IPS threat management enabled to the highest setting and have noticed zero performance drop in our download and upload speeds. We are running at about 230 Mbps down and 12 Mbps up. Our ISP guarantees us at least 200 down and 10 up. Creating different Vlan networks is about as simple as it can be when incorporating this device with a Ubiquiti network switch. A few clicks and......DONE! This is especially helpful when wanting to isolate networks, such as guest WiFI, from your main network. VPN setup is almost too easy to do. I had a VPN network setup and fully functional in less than 5 minutes. Once again, there are great YouTube tutorial videos out there. Overall, I would definitely recommend any Ubiquiti product to anyone out there looking for a better easier experience managing IT infrastructure. BH Photo is an awesome company to work with. Although, they need to get away from FedEx shipping. That always seems to be an awful experience here in northwest Ohio about every time. Not a deal-breaker though. I will continue to purchase through BH Photo!

After borrowing and testing a set on 3 different shoots I purchased this set. Very easy to set up for Manual Exposure right from the Controller. Controller makes it so much easier to adjust flash power without lowering light stands and manually setting each flash power! Set your FLASH unit on i-TTL so it receives the correct settings from the controller. I've also used it once as a full TTL with the Camera setting the exposure and it worked OK. I also purchased a YN685 flash that works with the controller without using a receiver, but haven't done a shoot with it yet.

I have this switch set up to allow me to switch between a Retina MacBook Pro and my tower gaming PC with Nvidia GTX 1070 graphics card, and it performs the job very well. Previously I had a similar setup using an IOGear DVI+USB KVM switch between MacBook Pro and my older tower PC, with just a DVI-to-DisplayPort adapter on the video cable to the Mac. For the new setup I bought a DisplayPort-to-mini-DisplayPort cable for the Mac (could have used an adapter but the cable was $10 and it's less... lumpy... this way.) I've only been using it for a week or so, but it's working great! Comes with all cables, which seem to be solid quality, and fully bus-powered - small and light but seems well made. The older IOGear DVI+USB2 switch wasn't as expensive as this when it was new, but I guess that's the price I pay for going 4K. I did my usual research on all available DisplayPort + USB switch options before selecting this one, and I'm pretty sure I made the right choice here. If you're trying to drive a 2K or 4K monitor from two DisplayPort-equipped machines and share a mouse and keyboard between them, this is the ticket.

Work great!! Well worth the $$. With the Controller, it tells you how devices are wired.

The switch was quickly adopted by the controller and was up and running in a few minutes.
