Setup Samsung Tv To Mirror Laptop

The Pearstone High-Speed HDMI cable is a dandy; To mirror the laptop on the TV it comes in handy. This basic HDMI cable with ethernet is moderately priced and works well.

I was tasked with having users mirror their laptop on a tv (after the built was complete) without software and I have found the answer. A facility had just finished a renovation and the tv was mounted, power was installed and network drops were in place but no thought had gone into how to utilize the boardroom to its full potential. After much discussion with endusers and management the most cost effective way would be to use an HDMI extender without any software installation required (since most laptops are locked down these days). With cables plugged in (HDMI and CAT5/6) all is left for the user to do is to plug in HDMI to their laptop and we now have the laptop screen on the tv. Another great product from Startech.com. Its very useful, I use it for casting my laptop, android phone (Samsung Galaxy S8+) and Iphone 6. Very easy to use and works flawlessly. Compact size makes it easy to carry if need be. It supports 4K video over HDR and works wonders. Latency is close to non to not noticeable. Using it on my Sony Bravia 42'' LED TV and its working like magic. The ease of configuring and ability to cast screen to TV is just phenomenal. Must Buy and YES I DO RECOMMEND IT!!!!

The Samsung is a great TV, we love the picture. Easy setup! I wish it had bluetooth, my fault, I didn't read all specs before purchasing. Great TV though, highly recommend. Four stars.

I'm a longtime buyer of Samsung TV's and thought I would try their monitors went bad.� I have a dual monitor setup and these curved monitors are spectacular.� I have them mounted using VESA setup onto a dual mount I purchased elsewhere (only because B & H had it back ordered).�� Buy the way B & H Photo is a great site for buying electronics, good communication and fast delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is beautiful. Upon unboxing the Samsung S90 series, you see exactly how thin the tv is. Putting the stand on the tv is easy. The inputs are on the back and side, so they will work well with any type of wall mount. The setup went flawless with the smart things app. Just logged into my Samsung account and the app did everything. It setup my soundbar, and all my game consoles and labeled them appropriately. The colors and contrast on the tv are mind blowing. The blacks are pitch black, and there is no white light bleeding onto the black background. Our family watches lots of movies and tv shows, and also games together. All the most popular apps are available and you can also game straight from the tv without an Xbox console or pc. Xbox game cloud and GeForce Now are both available and work flawlessly. Connecting gaming controllers is easy and you are able to to connect a myriad of other Bluetooth devices as well. I connected a pair of offbrand bluetooth headphones easily and was able to game and watch tv with 0 issues. When I put the headphones back in the case, the volume switched immediately back to the soundbar without any hiccups. My only critique of the tv is that 2 of the mounting holes for a wall mount are located beneath where the tv stand legs attach. It just makes it a little harder to hang it after you put the legs on, so just keep that in mind. Overall, it exceeds my expectations in every category. Easy setup, does everything I want it to and more. Wish I would have bought one earlier.

The sound quality fills my living room as if it’s a theater - it’s evident from the first use that the Dolby Atmos sound quality is superior. The setup of the soundbar was quick and seamless, it connected wirelessly to my Samsung TV, which allowed for a clean wireless look on my entertainment stand. Having a Samsung TV paired with this setup allows for utilization of the Q-Symphony feature which up levels the amount of sound that fills the space. Would highly recommend this product paired with a Samsung tv. The subwoofer adds a level of bass that is just right, without distorting any sound. I did experience some issues in connecting the soundbar to the SmartThings app, however I was able to get it connected by manually adding it in. Overall this is a very impressive product for the price point, and I would definitely recommend for anybody looking to add theater like sound in their home with minimal setup and minimal space being utilized in their entertainment center.

It took two strong people to mount and a third to help steady it afterwards while connecting the applicable wiring. It has a HDBase-T connection, which basically is a built-in CAT6 Lan connection where you run ONE CAT6 cable from the Samsung Terrace 75” Television to a HDBase-T transmitter, where all your devices are connected to. Thus, eliminating almost all the cable runs to the back of the TV except the POWER, very nice. Once all the connections are made, the back door is closed and screwed back, sealing it shut. The remote is solid, encased in metal, very sleek and solid. The Samsung Terrace 75” Television is a solid metal frame, 2 inches deep. 110 pounds or so, heavy and solid, made to weather the outdoors. Obviously not in the direct sunlight, but in the shade it works great. There are no shadows that I saw. The view is great from all sides. The screen is the brightest available as outdoors the sunlight can be very bright. The view is good. 4k is crystal clear, placing the setting is auto adaptive and it does the rest for you. The setup was very easy for me. I have a Samsung account so I was able to VERY quickly use my phone to log in and setup the Samsung Terrace 75” Television. The app registered the TV, setup it up in the SmartThings app and even setup the TV profile for the SmartHub app from another TV. I think the whole process was done in less than 20 minutes. I was amazed. The Samsung Terrace 75” Television is a beauty and we love it.
