Shadow Puppet Theatre Cardboard Box

I use this product to project shadow puppet figures on an Apollo Concept 2200 projector. The bulbs worked great at both brightness settings. The projected figures were bright and crisp, and the colors true. I have not had the opportunity to determine the hour-life of the bulb, but I am pleased so far.

Perfect for carrying the beauty dish - much better than using the cardboard box. :)

We were able to get about 1,380 slides in ours - standard cardboard mounts. Good sturdy box.

Fine film---as always. Arrived in a battered cardboard box half broken open---probably the shipper's fault.

Got this for my Benq W1100 projector. Cardboard box was wearing out, and needed something stronger.

Awesome lens for scenery, landscapes, cramped interiors ... really opens things up! Packaging was excellent, lens was inside a sturdy metal box with heavy duty foam inserts, inside a durable cardboard box, inside a padded cardboard box from B&H. This lens seems very well built, gives sharp images, and has features I wish other lens makers would use in their lenses; the hyper-focal distance scale, click stop infinity detent, and raised 'lever' on focusing ring to name a few. I would definitely recommend this lens as an inexpensive, lightweight, super-ultra-wide-angle lens !!!

The diffuser converts this umbrella into a big soft box with a big zone of very soft light. So if you in a small shooting space and who isn't, you put it all the way back in one corner or the other, you stay out of the way of the light so you don't cast a shadow on your subject and shoot. You have quite a bit of latitude because the correct exposure is a big zone at the other end of the room. The inverse square law is working for you at this distance. Another option is to bring it up close directly behind you in which case light goes past you on each side and you cast no shadow.

I tried ring flash, studio lights, shadow box etc. This system gives the best results for micro/closeup photography. It is light weight, fairly easy to set up. Onboard flash from D300, D7K can trigger them in commander mode very easily. Great system!
