I use this for monitoring audio as I edit video in a shared office. The over-ear design provides good noise isolation and the sound quality is splendid. It's comfortable to boot. The presentation of this thing is something special. The box it's delivered in is lined with a fancy silver fabric that reminds me of royalty. Nice touch, Sony. I like the coiled cord, which keeps things close. It's a bit heavy, but I can live with that. 5 |

I'm a professor who, since the onset of the pandemic, has been working from home in a shared office with my spouse. I purchased a pair of these for our office manager and another for our director of operations. Both were very pleased with the sound quality. The imaging, in particular, is amazing. Naturally, the amount of real bass is limited but you can buy a set that includes a bass module if this is a concern. (I haven't heard it.) The bottom line is that these little units look great and offer amazing value considering the low price. They are an easy recommend. 5 |
