This kit is an essential because sooner or later you will get something you don't want in your sensor! Luckily I did not need to use the whole kit with swabs. The pen that comes with it, did the job perfectly. I like the vacuum cleaner as it makes sense not to blow the dust particles instead vacuum them and the loupe is really great too. Would rather buy this kit then have my camera cleaned. If I can do it everyone can, do not worry if you are nervous at first it must be normal. I've done mine first time on a 5DMk3 5 |

I'm not aware of aftermarket options, but I am happy enough with the Grip Pen that I stick with it. I added another pen so that I did not have to take the pen from my desk when I travel. This is the same pen that came with your Wacom tablet. 5 |

They stick and they accept pen or pencil writing. Just do NOT write on them after you put them on your cards as it could damage the cards. 5 |
